It helps!!
I bought this supplement for my mom to help her with menopause symptoms, and it’s been a great decision. Excellent Product
If you’re doubting this product please don’t! I have been having night sweats and terrible BO due to the changes and in 4 days these affects were gone! I normally spend 1-1.5 hrs at the gym and this has given me so much energy that I now go for 2.5 hrs. I could go longer to be honest but don’t want to fatigue my lymph nodes. I HIGHLY recommend

The menstrual period has returned to normal.
It helps to balance my hormones. I used to have a period that lasted longer than normal—about 15 days—but after just two months of using it, my cycle has returned to normal, lasting only 4 days. My energy and mood have also improved. The only issue is that I’m unable to open the packaging; I have to use a knife. The first one was the same.

Natural Symptom Relief, less irritable after only 3 days
I’m on day 3 taking proestro, I’m really looking forward to the relief that most customers have reviewed about! I do feel a little less irritable the last couple of days, mood swings, hot flashes, and daily fatigue are my name symptoms of perimenopause. If mood swings as the first thing to go, I will be so grateful as well as my family! I’ll have to come back and review again once I’ve been taking it longer, but I do feel some relief already so I’m sure if I take it consistently for a few weeks the relief will be felt much more. FINALLY FOUND RELIEF!
I’ve been using Proestro for about two months now, and it’s truly been a game changer.
