I’m on my second bottle and I agree pills are easy to swallow with no after taste. I wear a Fitbit and have been tracking my sleep for awhile. Been taking this for a month and have noticed no difference. I am active and follow a strict Bariatric diet of high protein/low fat/low carb/ no sugar/ no bread etc… The claims of rapid weight loss are not accurate, for me anyway. I will continue to take this for another month and will update my review if things should change… I will say if I forget to take it I do suffer massive hot flashes (which I was not experiencing before starting it). I am a 56 y/o female who has been in menopause for 5 years.

So Much Better
I have had problems with hormones making my heart beat irregular. So I only take one, instead of two, and then I don’t have that problem. The really great news is that my joint pain is gone, and I mean every joint in my body was hurting before I tried this. I’m 70 years old this year and I kept thinking that menopause was something your body is supposed to adjust to, but mine still hasn’t! This really helps. Oh, the nightly hot flashes are greatly improved as well.
