Incredible!
I am on my second order. I had my blood work done in June 2025 and October 2025. I am always scared to see my Lipid panel because I teeter on the edge. Well, this time my LDL went from 117 to 76! I have not lost any weight. I have changed my diet and added this plus whey protein of 25 mg in my coffee daily. I can’t say my hot flashes are less, and my insulin and GLP1 blood work is pretty much the same. I ran everything I take to see what could have caused the drop (I am a supplement girl), and the result was that this product, in combination with the whey protein and low-carb high-protein diet, must have contributed to the reduction in LDL! I drink this every morning with my other supplements before eating anything.

PCOS girly here. 👋🏽These actually WORK. I saw some reviews that said it worked instantly, but for me it took awhile lol. I’ve been taking them since the beginning of April (it’s now the end of Sept) and I’ve had my first cycle that started on its OWN- it’s been a year or so since it’s started on its own. That’s a big W for me. The last few months I’ve had to use medroxyprogesterone to get my cycle. My cycle isn’t heavy, it’s actually normal. No cramps, simple/normal flow, etc!!The pills aren’t hard for me to swallow and there’s been a few times I’ve missed taking them (due to travel). I haven’t experienced being nauseous or had any bad side effects. I don’t think it’s helped me lose weight either lol but I live a very high protein, active lifestyle. Within the past few months I’ve lost maybe 7 lbs, but again who’s to say it’s from this.My A1C was high, I was on the verge of being pre-diabetic.. but this in combination with Metformin has decreased my A1C from 5.7 to 5.3 (from April to July) which is a major jump.Eventually I want to stop taking Metformin and only take natural supplements and these have worked for me. Good vitamin/ sugar content. I have a lot of energy and no side effects so I’ll continue taking them. Glad my DR told me about these! 🙂

Okay, first of all, my bloatedness for years disappears! I finally feel empty in my stomach for a longer time! To add, i dont gain weight despite me eating sweets which was never a case before, i would gain so much weight,moon face and fat hump if i ever stop my daily exercise and and my one meal a day diet, but now, my weight remains the same despite me eating more without struggling with exercises and extreme diet! i constipate a lot but now i became regular! Im in awe of this product, i just started my second bottle and i take this with probiotics which is good for gut health!

This is my second time ordering this product. After getting diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year, I started looking for natural alternative ways to heal my body. I wasn’t getting a period for 2-3 months. I ordered this powder at the end of June and got my cycle at the end of July. I put 2 scoops of powder into my Stanley cup of water every single day. There is no weird taste or after taste and it’s not grainy. This Inositol powder is fairly priced as opposed to other brands like Ovasitol. I do take other supplements daily to go along with this Inositol powder, but I do think this is part of the reason why my PCOS symptoms have subsided. I will continue to use this product in hopes to conceive soon. Great product overall and will recommend.

Helped regulate my period
Been taking this for a month. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to work or if it even would, but I can say it helped regulate my period right away. I track my period so it’ll tell me when I’m supposed to start and my period actually started on time. I have PCOS and sometimes my periods would be months apart. I did notice I had a heavy period, but I’m not exactly sure if it was related to this or just my PCOS. I’m hoping it’ll help me get pregnant too. Overall I’m pleased. Capsules are a little large and I didn’t notice any upset stomach.

I was researching something that’ll help me with my hormonal imbalance. I noticed my last two cycles I was spotting for 2 weeks straight before my period and sometimes after. So I decided to take this supplement. I started at 1 pill a day and worked up to only 2 pills a day (I think the recommended dosage is 4pills).Pros: Upon taking the pills, my spotting stopped almost immediately. I didn’t have any at all.Cons: – Headaches!! I had headaches almost everyday especially days I started taking two pills.-My period was late 4 days (I was spotting all 4 days). I’m on my 6th day of spotting or period… idk. So I think I’ll stop it.

I have PCOS and haven’t had a period since May. Tbh the period I had in May was very light too. I’m trying to conceive so thought I’d give this a try. Started taking on the 26th of September and had my period on the 7th of October! It’s been a good while since I’ve been able to naturally have my period. Hoping this helps regulate my ovulation so that I conceive soon. Will update of it works out!!
