This product is a godsend, I had almost immediate relief from hot flashes, I have a more restful sleep now because not being woken up with my body on fire severally times a Nightlife! Highly recommend!!

Alternative to actual hormone replacement
I picked these up to try as an alternative to real hormone replacement (aka ‘the pill’ or other injections using synthetic natural hormone)I’m not personally familiar with the brand, but I liked the ingredient list.I’ve been using raw Angelica root effectively (part of the ‘herbal blend’) in hot water for decades to help with irregular and often difficult periods.I’ve always read good things about red clover but have not tried it.I’m looking to address sweats and mood swings and nervous anxiety.I like the ease of getting a blend of common herbs concocted in one simple capsule.Considering opening and pouring in warm tea to activate and facilitate absorption of the ingredients.Doing 2 capsules (which themselves appear to be plant derived instead of gelatin, so may be good vegan option) everyday for first week and then one a day after.Will update with noticeable results.

Didn’t help, expensive, science isn’t clear on risks
My wife took this for a few weeks and didn’t notice any difference in how she felt. Then, her gynecologist told her she should not be taking this product because she has a family history of breast cancer, and although these supplements are not estrogen, they can produce estrogen-like effects and the data isn’t clear on whether they increase, decrease, or have no effect on breast cancer risk. A quick internet search of these ingredients and their possible links to breast cancer confirmed that (ie – some studies showed an increased risk, others didn’t).Why take the chance?(Although, plenty of people still smoke, and I’m sure that has a much higher risk of cancer than these supplements. Maybe the potential improvement of post-menopausal symptoms is worth a possible increased risk of breast cancer for some women).

One good night, but now nothing at all
Updated after a week of useI’m perimenopausal. My only obvious symptoms are hot flashes that wake me up and keep me throwing blankets off every nights.The very first night I took these, I was convinced they helped immediately. Now, after a full week, I’m sure if that was just a placebo effect or that my good night’s sleep was coincidental and it just happened to coincide with taking the first dose, because they seem to have no effect at all now. Zero. It now seems like they do nothing at all, positive or negative.I’ll keep taking them for a couple of weeks to see if that changes, but as of now, I’m not really impressed.

Minor improvement of symptoms w/in 2-3 wks
As all our bodies are different – I did not see an immediate effect. Also determining what level of menopause a woman is at – how bad are the symptoms. I was not having bad hot flashes at night – only experiencing during the day. You must remember to take them every day to see an effect and I was only good with that for 2 straight weeks when I could feel some effect. Of course, a routine supplement is beneficial – I am particular about the ingredients. This supplement seems to have good ingredients and I do appreciate/support products Made in the USA. I’m continuing this product until its gone and will see how I feel to determine if I will do another order.

Good Combination
At 46 I’ve been trying different hormonal supplements. This combination is quite unique and I do feel it does help. I was eager to try as this contains hops which is shown to help with mood and brain fog. A recent study also showed promise in treating dementia. Each person is different so it may take lots of experimentation to find a combination that works. Or you may end up taking a couple different combinations. This particular brand seems to be popular and sells many different supplements, all with good reviews.
