Expensive but so worth it. Talk to your doctor (functional med MD) better than patch
My doc prescribed these to me for menopause type symptoms. They worked very well and quickly. She warned me it would take three months to see a difference, but I knew in a couple weeks that it helped with hot flashes and some other symptoms as well. I used it well over three months now. Haven’t noticed any negatives. Note follow the directions re: with food and a full glass of water. 💦 also of note I could not tolerate prescription estrogen at all! So maybe this will help others. The patch & lotion my doc had prescribed previously caused side affect this supplement was way more gentle.

Have patience please and read this testimonial. I have never given 5 stars to any herbal remedy. NEVER.This was a very pricey trial for me but I was desperate to quit sweating! Just ended 33 years of HRT. I asked my Doc for some relief and heard this “Some women never get relief and always have hot flashes.” It was very disheartening because I was truly miserable!. Finally, my Pain Relief Specialist told me this. “I was a Family Physician before I went into pain control as a specialty. The women who seemed the most comfortable were the one’s that took Estrovera multiple vitamins.” I came home and scoured the internet. Nope. So, I ordered what I could find and it was Estrovera. I was still taking HRT when I started this product so I was dry and comfortable.. I was down to one HRT pill a week and I was on the Estrovera daily. When I was pulled completely from my HRT I was almost at the end of the Estrovera. I didn’t worry much and quit everything including the Estrovera.. My hot flashes were epic! Wet hair,wet bra.wet clothing, no make-up left on my face,I finally quit wearing any make-up. Wet sheets at night from 3 hot flashes in 10 minutes flat, I was just so miserable!. I needed a shower after each one. Top this off by the fact that I live in Tucson. Az. It is 105 here now in August. After a few weeks of misery I was willing to try anything. I had 4 Estrovera tablets left in the fridge. I had not taken one in weeks and was not hopeful- I was taking these with HRT. With no hormones in my system for over a month I took 2 Estrovera on Friday. 2 on Saturday. Saturday night I slept through the night with no sweating for the first time in weeks! Why had I quit taking these? I ordered another bottle today.. I awoke Sunday morning dry.. No wet sheets.First time in over a month. I didn’t need the fan blowing on me all night! I feel fortunate that the first thing I tried worked .I feel stupid that I quit taking something that was working! This supplement stopped some of the worst hot flashes I have ever experienced.or even heard discussed and I was a Hairdresser! I have heard everything! So, from a true skeptic I’m telling you- these ARE worth their weight in gold! And they cost about that much so try something cheaper first perhaps? But if you are just miserable and nothing else has worked, try these! I will swear by this product .Good luck to you all on your search for relief from hot flashes and night sweats! I hope this helped. If the price is putting you off I don’t blame you but this works. I try to think of it as 30 a month. My HRT was 90$ a month so, I am 60 bucks a month ahead.

About 2 months in and it has finally started working. The night sweats ended first and now the hot flashes during the day have subsided as well. Very thankful. My OBGYN recommended this as a first step.

UPDATE—-> 1 week shy of 3 months taking these and still having a few flashes. They are definitely not as bad or as long but they’re still there. My sleep has not changed in the least since starting estrovera. Still not sleeping great no matter what I try & I’m so sad because I usually have excellent results when trying supplements. I’m not sure if I will continue but also not sure I’m brave enough to stop. I fear having to start all over with these horrific hot flashes & I just don’t want to go backwards. I’ll figure it out next week at my drs appt. I really hope it helps someone & I would definitely try if you’re thinking about it.ORIGINAL REVIEW——> My dr suggested these but I’m just not having the fast results some others are. I know with any supplement, I need to give it at least 3 months. I intend to keep taking it because hot flashes have decreased a tiny amount & I just stared my 2nd bottle. I did experience a HUGE increase in flashes week one & two. It was awful but has definitely leveled out. I still have hope!

This is a game changer for me. My hot flashes were out of control and this stared working almost immediately. I now may have no hot flashes/night sweats. Amazing product!!

Doesn’t work non refundable
I’m only writing a review to help someone else save money, as expensive as this stuff is companies should guarantee their products. This stuff doesn’t work it’s a waste of money. My symptoms have gotten worse after use and it’s non refundable

Still on the fence
This product was recommended to me from my gynecologist. I have been suffering and continue to be bothered with hot flashes. I started using this product over a month ago. I’m not sure if I recommend this product because I still get the flashes and I thought they would go away with taking this supplement. it hasn’t improved my moods, but that was never a problem.

It didn’t work for my hot flashes for the first 3 weeks, then on the 4th week they completely stopped. I was having flashes every 3 hours and all through the night. Now I have none. I’m on my second bottle now and I love this product. No more hot flashes!

I was on a different supplement but due to the postal strike I had to look for others. This one did nothing! I had hot flashes every half hour and suddenly developed night sweats while on this supplement. I do not recommend

This product has really helped me through hot flashes of peri-menopause. I began with 2 pills, morning and 2 before bed. It cooled those dreaded night sweats! After 1 month, switched to1 pill am/pm and it’s helping me keep my cool! Expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
