Hot flashes, mood and libido improvement
These work really well. They stopped my hot flashes, increased libido and seem to have evened out my mood a bit too. They taste pretty good and the texture of them is to be expected and I like that they are soft and not too chewy. I noticed the biggest change after a month of use. I take them each morning before breakfast since they taste good and I think they’re worth buying. I will keep using them.

Works for me!
At first I wasn’t sure if this was helping. But when after months of taking it I went off of it. I really noticed a difference in mood. It seems to keep me steady, and mostly helps with night sweets. Wouldn’t say 100% on that but it does help. The flavor isn’t bad either.

No more hot flashes at night
I’m very skeptical about stuff like this but when my doctor suggested I try it..I did. I’m so glad I did, I no longer have hot flashes during the middle of the night. I’ve been taking it for almost 6 months now and effects were felt within the 1st month. Worth it!!

Something that Wòrks
My doctor first put me on Bona-fide for the hot flashes, but after a month they didn’t work. I found these gummies and in about 2 weeks my hot flashes AND night sweats were less. After months of taking them, none of the above anymore. Love the taste as well. Will continue to buy even tho a bit pricey.

Disappointed in the Long Run
At first, these gummies seemed to help a little, and I was hopeful they’d make a real difference. Unfortunately, after a short time, the effects completely stopped. For the high price point, I expected consistent results, but that just wasn’t the case. The biggest downfall is how expensive they are for something that ultimately didn’t work. I won’t be repurchasing.

Great product
Got these on my sister’s recommendation. She said it would take 1-2 months to see any type of improvement or reaction, but I I noticed a reduction in night sweats within 3 days. However, when I whiched from taking them in the morning to at night, my night sweats returned. So I recommend taking them in the morning. Flavor isn’t bad, but not great either. Wouldn’t eat them for fun.
