Not a cure-all, but helps
Since taking this for the past several weeks, I have noticed an marked improvement in moodiness and irritability. Improvement on sleep has been negligible, if at all. I find that my quality of sleep is slightly improved, but the frequent waking up has not improved.There is no discernible taste or aftertaste, which is good. I also like that it’s effective with only one pill, whereas many of these types of supplements require you to take two, or sometimes more.The price is reasonable, too.Overall, I personally noticed primarily mood improvement. I think if I stopped taking these I wouldn’t really notice it in my sleep, but I would in my outlook.

I acquired this hormone harmony blend not for myself, as my own internal chemistry is balanced by sheer force of will and an unparalleled understanding of my own needs, but for a… significant other. Let us say, for the sake of discretion and domestic tranquility, it was for a matriarchal figure whose recent behavioral patterns suggested that “harmony” was less a state of being and more a distant, theoretical concept. The results? Let’s just say the interpretive dance sessions in the kitchen have decreased significantly, replaced by a more measured approach to life. The volume knob on certain pronouncements seems to have been lowered from “existential scream” to a more manageable “philosophical murmur.” While I cannot testify to the precise biochemical pathways involved, I can testify to the sudden, blessed return of a more predictable equilibrium. Five stars, for bringing quietude where previously there was… interpretive enthusiasm.

I’ve been taking these supplements for about a month and I cannot tell any difference, other than I think it is causing some weight gain. I will continue taking these until they are gone, but I will not buy them again.

I’ve been looking to find a hormone support supplement to try for major PMS problems and possible perimenopause. This hormone balance supplement really interested me after reading the supplement facts. It contains DIM (Diindolylmethane), a compound found in cruciferous veggies that can help balance estrogen levels, and SGS (Sulforaphane Glucosinolate), another natural compound found in cruciferous veggies that acts with DIM to help better balance hormones, regulate estrogen, provide antioxidant support. Additionally, pomegranate extract, also in the formula, is supposed to help DIM and SGS work better together for hormone balance, and help with antioxidant support. There’s an impressive blend of hormone helping herbs in the formula as well; dong quai, chasteberry, red maca root, black cohosh, etc. What I appreciate most about this supplement is this formula. After researching herbs and supplements for hormone health, everything in this formula has the most solid backing for hormone health help. I’m taking these on my cycle right now and have noticed my cramps are much less intense. My mood seems more balanced as well. The bottle contains 120 capsules that are very easy to swallow. One capsule is a serving, so this is a great value for a supplement. I plan on continuing on with this for sure, as I see help with just single usage.

A Very Good Hormone Balancing Supplement for Women
This hormone balancing supplement has been working well for me. At 54 years of age, I’m still getting my menstrual flow pretty regularly. I don’t get mood swings and I sleep well. The capsules are regular sized and easy to swallow. Each bottle is a 4 month supply. The price is very good for the amount.
