Tastes like candy, but also spiked my blood glucose
These are delicious and if the label is accurate, they pack a lot of protein for the punch. I deducted one star because they spiked my blood glucose over 40 points, so it seems like something might be inaccurate on the label. I am aware that protein can spike blood glucose, but I wear a CGM more often than not, and I’ve never seen anything except real sugar soft drinks spike me like that. Still, they taste great and seemingly make it quite easy to increase protein intake! Texture is great too… Like real gummy bears.
