Great Collagen Protein
Taste good, I needed a collagen protein powder that is not vanilla or chocolate or milky flavored. This is satisfying with some ice. Very refreshing.

Don’t think gatorade, think protein powder with some fruit flavor thrown on.The product itself in terms of nutrients is very good: 20g of protein and a heaping of electrolytes. The flavor itself isn’t bad however unlike other hydration drinks this is whey based… so you won’t need a cup and spoon, you’ll need a shaker bottle.I was shocked the first time trying it, it has the goopy, unmixed texture of whey protein and was quite thick too in the recommended serving size of 1 scoop to 12 ounces. You may want to add more water, like 16 oz. Flavor was OK.IF you want an easy 2 and 1 punch of post workout protein and electrolytes it may be good, if not, I would think twice about the texture before buying it. Note that this texture may work well for others, hence I am taking only one star off. It is a very good value for the money and for what you get in one place – both electrolytes and protein. It is good to note it was easy on my stomach and I had no negative effects from it.

Light and refreshing – great for post-run / post-workout
Optimum Nutrition Pro Quench, 10g Clear Protein, 10g Collagen peptides & Electrolyte (strawberry splash)I’ve tried protein shakes, and they’re rich, thick, packed with fiber – but they’re not thirst quenching!THIS is a light, refreshing, drink – with protein. I’m going to enjoy this after a good run.The mix is a fine white powder. It mixes in water as pink, with some foam. Instructions say to shake. I was able to stir into water, but there were a few small clumps that didn’t mix fully that way.Taste is strawberry, slightly artificial. Not too sweet. Overall, I found the taste good, not overpowered with whey. One nice thing about a powdered mix is that you can adjust the amount to your personal tastes, with more or less water.And no sugar!

Rich in nutrients that support bone health
Optimum nutrition makes these and also the vegan version of it which is packed full of electrolytes. I will say that the vegan version is way much better than these non-vegan vision that has animal products such as milk in it. However, this is still a very good product because it’s packed full of vitamins and it helps not only in hydration but it’s also good for muscle health and joint health. This is very flavorful. It has the flavor of tropical orange mango in it. So you get a little sense of your orange and you get also that of the mango in in it. It is not too sweet so has a little tint of sour taate in it. For the price. It’s a good value for the money and I will recommend this

Love How it Dissolves!
You can’t go wrong with Optimum Nutrition especially this clear one! It has the same protein content as the original vanilla/chocolate protein powder with the same test and value! I mixed it with both in water and then a separate one with milk and both times it dissolved perfectly with no heavy chunks. I personally prefer how it tastes in milk but if you use it just in water it still tastes clean and doesn’t cause any upset stomach problems. I personally found the taste in water to be like “diet” punch flavor, because the sugar is not sweet but more of a diet type of taste, but if you want it sweeter just mix it in milk instead.Other than the tastes the protein grams is perfect, and I do feel it helps me with my workout before and after at Planet Fitness. IF you are looking for new protein power that isn’t your typical vanilla/chocolate and want a clean no clump mess then this is definitely the protein powder for you!
