Many people in today’s fitness community frown upon the use of weight gainers to meet your goals. They often tell you to increase protein intake which is right, but overlook the importance of consuming enough carbs, fats, and calories to provide needed energy among other benefits. High amounts of protein can actually increase your metabolism, so if you’re a hard gainer and don’t supply your body with enough calories, your body will try to find energy by devouring it’s own muscle tissue. Although you may adhere to the 1 gram/per pound of body weight serving of protein each day, the most this will do is get you more cut by helping the body to repair the muscle that’s broken down by working out. If that’s your goal, then mission accomplished.But if you’re a hard gainer and want to pack on noticeable muscle mass, I highly recommend drinking Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice 2544 twice daily, once in the morning between breakfast and lunch and again after your workout (assuming you lift in the afternoon/evening). Awsome Stuff!
I have gained 8 pounds in one month off of this stuff after being 136 pounds for the last 6 years even with my 10 years of weight lifting… Now I am 144 My diet was the problem, I had very little red meat and other unhealthy things required for weight gain. I’ve been using 3 scoops a day which makes this stuff last 25 days to get these results. Also I have felt due to my low calorie diet a lack of energy every day, I felt depressed all the time and could barely get out of bed every morning. Now I have all day energy every day thanks to this stuff, my 8 month depression is over. I am allways happy and allways doing stuff now, instead of burning all my energy out an hour after a meal. I will buy this stuff for probabley the rest of my life. I researched extensively for weeks for the best weight/muscle gainers and this one is the best and cheapest for someone who eats healthy and needs a little something for building muscle in their diets. Chocolate tastes very good expecially with milk, vanilla is okay, bananna is so sicking sweet that it is harder for me to drink than Robetussin. Don’t buy bananna unless you like having pure sugar surup in water…

did not work for me…
I began taking this after I started working out for about a year. It just proved too difficult gaining weight by only working out and taking protein. My only solution was to get a weight gainer. This was recommended to me by a roommate, so I decided to give it a try. At first the taste was quite unforgiving. It takes kinda funky and too much sugar. After drinking this, you feel really bloated but never satisfied. These weight gainers do not beat an actual meal. I found myself only gaining a couple of pounds, none of which proved to be significant. I blame it on my body structure and fast metabolism. It worked for my roommate, so I would recommend it.

Weight gainers such as this all have the same goal, provide calories for energy, and protein for muscle growth.This one for me is ahead of all the rest because of the low price, great taste, and no artificial sweeteners (Natural sweeteners such as sugar and stevia are always the way to go).I just have to say, the flavor of the banana is amazing. If you have ever had a banana milkshake from Checkers/Rallys, that is what it tastes like if you add milk + icecream.Personally, I think 4 scoops is a little excessive, especially if you have this with milk. My preference is 2 scoops, which is plenty sweet, provides a large amount of protein, and isn’t over the top. If you have it with water, you may want a third scoop, although I have yet to try it with water.You will want to get a blender bottle. Stick 2 scoops of this, some ice cream, and some milk, and then shake it for a couple minutes. Tastes delicious, and you shouldn’t get any chunks in it.

Horrible flavor – total disappointment
Thought this item had been discontinued and was super excited to see it here on Amazon so I quickly ordered it for my S/O. He was highly disappointed as the flavor has changed from the original chocolate that he purchased in the past. It was disgusting and left a horrible after taste. Total waste of money.

I am a skinny guy, 123 lbs most of my life, 6’1 tall so you can imagine that I am pretty skinny. After trying this product for 3 weeks (after every meal) and doing exercise, I gained 6 lbs which is a lot for me. I can eat anything you want but I never gain weight, this helped a bunch.

The taste is alright, this product will give you cavities. Also half way through the tub and I have seen no gains whatsoever.
