I have used this several times now & not once has my stomach been all jerked up!• This is Ultra-Filtered & any top of the line Whey would make sure the Whey is carefully micro-filtered or Ultra-Filtered to remove any harmful bacteria. The Whey will pass through a special micro-filter & immediately after, bacteria & spores are separated. This process also separates any denatured (altered/cooked) whey proteins from undenatured proteins so that the result is a high quality whey protein rich in alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin (two special proteins found in whey that have immunological benefits) and low in fat. This protein powder not only smells good, it tastes good. The size of the bag for the price was a bargain for me. It dissolves easily in water or milk of choice. I even baked with it and my protein treats came out so good. This stuff is versatile, yes, I said it. I put in my oatmeal, baking treats, smoothies, and a simple protein drink. No bad aftertastes and gentle on my stomach. Another way to get that cake taste without all of the calories.

great protein powder, i’ve switched from regular whey to isolate as normal whey was breaking out my body. this one doesn’t. great flavor and value. minus one star because i hate hate hate the bag design and wish it came in a tub or really anything else. it doesn’t seal very well & is messy.

Horrible protein powder. Lets start off with the consistency, it feels like packing sand in terms of consistency, you can make it into whatever shape you want. Almost a wet texture. Overlooking that, the stuff does NOT dissolve. I literally drink my protein powder with water only and use a coffee frothier to mix it. This stuff doesn’t dissolve, no matter how much water you add, there is always about 8-10 grams of clumps floating around. Finally, there is the taste which is not vanilla flavored at all. If anything it takes like someone tried to flavor chalk and smells like the Necowafer candies my grandma likes. So yeah… its a hard pass and right to the garbage.I bought this as an alternative to Isopure since they changed their formula but this is clearly not an alternative. Save your money and try something else.

Bday cake is 🔥 banana bread is trash
The birthday cake flavor is straight fire. I genuinely look forward to drinking it. Of note put your milk/water in before the protein to avoid caking that not even my Shaker cup can undo. I also tried banana bread and let me tell you, it’s dreadful. Its that really powerful fake banana taste (and I know thats how bananas used to taste, idc its garbo). Save yourself, get bday cake NOT banana bread

There was a flash sale, we needed more protein, and I figured why not try a new brand. ALL of these were great. I mix with 250 ml water, add ice, and top with 1/4 cup milk. Stop trying to add your protein to coffee unless it’s iced. Protein powders aren’t meant for hot liquid unless specified. Also, keep your expectations in check. This is a STEVIA Sweetened product. Don’t like stevia? Don’t buy this. It’s not for you. Also, these aren’t milkshakes. Don’t expect them to taste like one. If that’s what you’re looking for, dont buy these. They’re not for you. However, if you’re looking for protein powder sans sucralose or aspartame, legion is a great option.

I bought this because it was one of the few ‘cleanest’ protein isolates available. It grass fed, non antibiotic etc… It has good high protein. I don’t have a sweet tooth so found it very sweet but not ‘saccharine’y’. I mix it with another unsweetened one I bought to balance the sweetness. It mixes well without clumping. Have used it only for a couple of days but I think it works. Unbeatable fantastic price on save and subscribe!

I loved the unflavored whey for its versatility and mixability . I particularly like mixing unflavored whey with other flavors that are too sweet. A solid product.I’ve tried many of the flavors. The salted caramel and birthday cake are good (both were repurchased). I’m currently using the cinnamon cereal flavor and it’s delicious — possibly my favorite flavor. I’d repurchase. Chocolate was also decent.I should mention that Legion has the best customer service around. For that reason alone, I’ve repurchased from them many times.

I’ve reordered this protein powder multiple times and highly recommend it. It mixes smoothly into my morning smoothie without clumping or causing any bloating. All the flavors are top-notch and don’t leave me feeling overly full. The quality is excellent—I just wish it came in a larger size so I wouldn’t need to restock every month!
