Impressed with this blend.
I’m not a fan of plant based proteins, but I was impressed with both the amino acid blend as well as the flavor of this brand. Flavoring plant based proteins is a tall order, but I used this in baked goods and pancakes. The founder seems like a gem of a human, as well.

This stuff tastes foul. If there is any taste of banana bread in it, it tastes like it was burnt and possibly made with spoilt eggs. The texture is mediocre and the aftertaste is terrible. It’s filling but I wouldn’t eat it again anyway. I still have most of the bag because even in a cup of 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and milk the aftertaste is still gross. It didn’t make me physically sick, so I guess it is indeed low-fodmap, but that did not make it much better.

Awesome low fodmap & high quality protein!
I absolutely love the flavor, texture, and ingredients of this protein powder! It is easy on the stomach (no bloat or discomfort), and it is one of the only proteins that tastes well in smoothies, oats, baked goods, and other creative recipes. Additionally, the ingredients and macros per scoop make it worth every penny. To anyone looking for a plant-powered and gut-friendly protein, I highly recommend core perform.

As someone who has struggled with digestive issues with other protein powders, Core Perform’s protein powder has been a blessing. I absolutely love the banana bread flavor. It tastes like my mom’s banana bread. Not sure how they pulled that off. The macros are amazing for a vegan protein. The ten serving size is perfect for traveling. I purchased this bag for my upcoming trip. It’s a daily staple for me, and this size is so convenient for vacation. It’s the best protein powder I’ve ever found.
