OMG, I am so happy to have found a supplement that I feel so safe and comfortable using every day and knowing that it does so much for my overall health.I have metabolism issues, so I was already researching Pycnogenol to help me with my cholesterol and glucose levels (there are some great studies behind this), and when I started getting night sweats I knew it was time to pull the trigger on a Pycnogenol supplement.I was also taking a focus supplement separately, but now I don’t have to do that anymore because this has Bacognize in it which is one of the only focus ingredients that I trust because it also has amazing studies behind it.Finally, a company that does as much research as I do about efficacy – these ingredients REALLY work! Doesn’t work for everyone
This supplement actually made me feel worse than I was already feeling. I felt very down and sad with this supplement. I also was very bloated and just didn’t feel quite right when I was taking it. Listen to your body and what it’s telling you, don’t use something that makes you feel depressed and sad all the time. I just can’t give it a good rating.

They do WORK!
I’ve been taking these for awhile now I think I’ve done 4 bottles so far and I saw a difference within the 1st bottle with My hair feeling stronger and fuller also my nails by the 3rd bottle we’re growing like crazy. I was using Vital proteins before because My hair was shedding and thinning really fast and Vital stopped that from happening and stopped my hands and back from hurting as well but my hair never grew longer or fuller.So when I finally changed to Womaness after watching them talk about hair loss & hormones etc on a talk show I gave it a shot and it WORKED! So let’s see what’ happens if my length of hair starts getting longer as well. I know it was growing but I had so many spilt ends & dry hair from using the flat iron so much I cut all that off & it feels so much much & feels healthier. I noticed when I added Vitamin C, Iron & D with it it boosted my hair & how I felt so we’ll see how it goes for now I’m hopeful than I was before
