Great for Building Pullup Strength
Once I got these bands, I took them right out of the box and started using them for assisted pullups. They work perfectly and feel really strong and secure. I’m using them to build up strength so I can do a full pullup on my own, and I can already feel the progress. The adjustable resistance is super helpful and makes it easy to match my level. Great quality material and easy to attach to my pullup bar.

Great kit!
This assistance band set is great! It comes with 4 straps that you can attach for assistance, as well as two foot straps to hold you. They have been so helpful for my pull-up progress. I also love that the kit comes with other attachments so you can use the straps as resistance bands for other exercises.

Good for the price, effective and versatil.
It does what it is supposed to do. Quality is ok but not excellent. I’ve seen nylon straps much heavier and thicker for heavy duty work.I would also like to see much more resistance in these resistance bands. Same plight, lightweight; and/or include two additional bands.As to durability we’ll see; I just started using them.Without them I was able to do 2 pullups, with them between 6-8 for eight sets. So I was happy about that. And, can see how it will help with the progression to not relying on them at all. I could feel the stress and post swell in the upper lats, plus arms. So they are effective.I’ll also be taking advantage of them for other resistance exercises for chest, tri’s, etc. They are versatil.I’ve included a picture on how I set them up.I can see buying a cheaper set of the same type to add more resistance bands.

Great pull-up helper
I have been using these pull-up assistance bands for over a week now, and I am honestly incredibly happy with them. These are really versatile and beginner-friendly for anyone who wants to start doing pull-ups but can not do them with their own body weight yet. What really sets them apart is the adjustable resistance, you can set what kind of tensions you need to match your current strength, and then gradually reduce them as you improve. The build quality is incredibly solid too, it has thick nylon straps, durable rubber bands, and black metal hardware. The dual foot rest is very comfortable and helps you remain balanced and steady during every rep. It definitely helps me keep proper form, not only with pull-ups but also with muscle-ups. Moreover, it can turn into a full upper body workout system with just a door anchor and handles. it is very lightweight and portable, and I bring it along every time I workout.

Resistance weight is much later than they claim
They are nice quality but also no where near “75 lbs” of resistance. I’m a 350lb overweight guy who can’t even do a single pull up and it’s still the same using all 4 bands. I barely feel even a little difference. However, I can curl all 4 like child’s play. All 4 together when curling is probably equivalent to curling 40lbs at most. Just keep that in mind when you buy them.
