This product was way higher quality then what I expected it to be. Pretty straight forward on how to use it. Definitely good value and doesn’t feel cheap. Easy to store with the bag it comes with and it is an effective product. No complaints to mention.

Quality Product
The quality is great, the bands work well, and there’s a variety of resistance – I previously used a band that came with a video and did not know bands were available with increasing resistance. I purchased the 300lbs set and I think these will be suitable for a long time. My only complaint is that there was no written instructions included. However, the workout chart was very useful. I would definitely recommend.

I actually never thought I’d get into workout bands. I have come to the realization that they are absolutely amazing and incredibly versatile. I set up some brackets on my garage wall and I can workout just about every muscle group on my entire body. I recommend going on YouTube and watching all the different ways you can use these bands. You can use the bands on their own, in conjunction with free weights, or added with free weights on many routines to add resistance.I highly recommend at minimum adding bands to your workout in some capacity.
