Maybe I didn’t understand what resistance level I wanted or needed by the blue bands I received are too difficult for this 79 yo body. I missed the return by date by 1 day. Would have been happy to exchange for less resistance. Seem very nice Ana’s well made. Pouch they fit in is nice. They just won’t work for me,

These are very nice but I should have started out with a lighter version. My fault, I thought there was a lower weight in this pack. I lose most of my muscle due to an illness. They are made well but my ability to use them is limited at this time until I can work up to the first one

Great for back muscles.
I bought these to see if I could improve my back muscles and get rid of the hump that is beginning to form at my neck. Easy to use in three strengths. I train with them every other day. 4 to 5 sets 20 reps. My back is getting stronger, I’m more upright, the hump is still there but a little improvement.
