Nice accessories, quality bands, carry bag, perfect for on the go workouts.
I use these daily for arms, chest, shoulders, and leg workouts. The door adapter works great to fasten the bands to and is very secure. The bands feel like good quality and work well. Comes with 2 leg straps and 2 handles as well. Love the carry bag that holds everything perfectly for travel. Quick and easy workouts anywhere.

Great for Pilates
Works great for my home Pilates program. I bought a handle separately to use but other than that, this is a great option. Bands are sturdy and at good resistance.

Reliable and super useful
I’ve been using these for about two months with no problems. I’ve done lat pull downs, face pulls, rows and curls putting a lot of tension on the bands with no issues. I had a pair before this where one tore and another had the ring pop off the end – so dangerous! But these have been great. No smell at all, stretch is appropriate and the pound marking on the band end is really useful. The handle attachments are comfortable ale but the ankle attachment Velcro is a little weak so you have to make sure it’s positioned right if your doing lower body movements. Overall they really enhance what you can do at home. And the muted colors look good, too.

Versatile and high quality
I love the color and the quality is really good. I just wish the caribiner was on the handles rather than directly on the band and that the door anchor was a bit thinner/smaller. The difference in resistance across the bands is really good though and I have been able to use this set for a large variety of workouts.
