I don’t expect it to last forever, but with normal use (and assuming the dogs don’t chew it or the kids don’t turn the bands into tug toys or try to use them to bungee jump from tree limbs), I’d guess a couple of years.The 14″ ring gives steady resistance, the small ball feels strong and well-made, and the resistance bands are fine for extra-light to extra-heavy workouts. The included bag looks nice enough, though it’s that thin, stiff nylon that feels more decorative than durable — but it holds everything and keeps it tidy. Honestly, I wouldn’t be embarrassed to take it to a beginner or even intermediate Pilates class — it doesn’t scream “newbie” or “trending.” The set includes practical, useful, durable tools.The socks made me laugh — they’re basically upgraded hospital socks with grippy soles. My first thought was, these are going to hold a lot of dog hair. (I run a home-based dog daycare, so that’s a real thing—socks are just Swiffers for your feet.)I’ll be happy to find my core, let alone strengthen it. This Pilates set easily gets 5 stars! There’s so much included for the price, and most of the items are really good quality. The resistance bands alone are worth it — I use similar ones for physical therapy and was genuinely impressed.The colors are fun and feminine, and for the most part everything feels sturdy and well made.
