Best Third Party Certified Vitamins I’ve Found
I absolutely love Perelel. I have been a – what could be considered neurotic – health and weight loss journey. I’m very particular about the vitamins and supplements – even protein shakes I take. My peri-menopausal wife has tried these for a few weeks, and noticed improved energy reserves by the end of the day, plus an uptick in mental clarity. The pills don’t stink or taste bad. The price is kind of high, but it might be worth it for women with significant energy loss due to perimenopause.

We love the name brand Perelel vitamins because of their focus on bringing quality products to market. Anytime we are ingesting or eating a product we definitely want to know that the company which is supplying said pills is producing a carefully manufactured quality product. The box comes with a thirty day supply all of which is individually wrapped in daily dosages making this so easy to use. While taking these vitamins, did not experience any harsh or overwhelmingly bad tastes. These well planned and well balanced vitamin packs do provide a nice boost to my energy levels lasting thoughout the day so I would say that they are definitely effective for me. Because these vitamins cover so many bases from balancing my mood and providing focus for my mind to aiding with my stress relief and sleep support and even helps regulate my healthy blood glucose, that’s what makes these vitamins a good deal and they therefore do provide value for money. Fantastic perimenopause supplement!
This is an excellent perimenopause supplement. The Perelel brand is well-known and I trust where the ingredients come from and how the supplements are produced. They’re individually packaged packs that you take once a day. They pills go down easy and don’t have any funny taste or smell. I think that they’re worth the price for what you get, and they work well at easing my symptoms.

Ordered these Perelel Peri Support Pack Perimenopause Vitamins as I am at the age where a supplement like the Perelel Support pack can be effective. I trust the brand as they are founded by doctors as well as other naturopathic doctors. I appreciate that this unique blend of supplements includes CoQ10 as well as magnesium as these supplements have worked very well for me in the past. I have taken one star off due to their price. While they are beautifully packaged and arrived securely, the price point is just too high for me to reorder. This does not in anyway take away from product effectiveness, just being mindful of a budget.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, that you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This supplement is a bunch of individual pouches that come in a box, which acts as a dispenser. The box was shipped in a paper envelope, so arrived mangled. I taped it together as best I could to try and make it work as a dispenser, but in the end just put all the pouches in a Ziploc bag. So far I haven’t found any broken capsules.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. The product page says non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and the website has a chat feature. Their perelelhealth site is functional and informative. It has a Hello video from Dr. Bayati, a co-founder. They started in 2018 and their story is on the About page, as well as a page introducing their advisory panel. They have active social media and a number of helpful podcasts linked to from their website. There are a number of other features and sources of information on their site as well; you may be interested in checking it out.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I sometimes focus on feminine health supplements because some of them have such high quality ingredients that are useful for men as well. This one is one of them, and since my wife has her own supplement regimen, I get to use this =) I like the ingredients here, such as P5P for Vit B6 instead of synthetic Pyridoxine HCL, and the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.The price may seem a little high for one month, but to be confident you’re getting a quality supplement with this number of good ingredients from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Convenient way to get your supplements
I’ve heard really good things about this brand and I love that this is more or less an all in one solution for a vitamin regimen for a woman in or approaching perimenopause. It can get very overwhelming with the thousands of supplements and brands out there to try and narrow down what to take, and this helps take the guesswork out if it. This is a solid mix of ingredients that are good for health and wellness, with additions of extras like DIM, ashwagandha, and berberine that are not found in your typical multivitamin. Only thing I would do is add some extra fish oil, as what’s included here is not a large enough serving in my opinion. Otherwise, this is a solid stack and not crazy at about two dollars a day.
