Great Investment!
These are great! I’m recovering from surgery and am working on increasing my strength. These were perfect and super cute. Even the occupational therapist liked then and wanted to know where I got them from. I love how you can increase or decrease the weight with a simple twist of taking off or putting on the extra weights on the end. They are very comfortable to hold. This is a winner!

Bought these to work my arms… they are a good size. Love the ability to change the weight by removing disc off the end of the weight. Love the pink- the guys in house leave them alone -sure to their pink color!
