A great workout set
This Pilates set has overall been a really good purchase, so far. There are a couple of pros and cons that I have listed below to hopefully help someone make a decision.PROS- Sturdy, thick bands with metal clips that are easy to onto the band handles. The stitching on the bands are sewn together great, when I pulled on it and used them I didn’t see or hear any ripping happening. The foam around the band handles are thick enough to provide comfort but still allow for you to wrap your hands around it. The clips are made of metal and are easy to clip the handles onto. The whole set is easy to assemble and take apart to store away once you’re done without it taking up a lot of space. You are able to adjust the straps on the side of the Pilates bar. It comes with a “Do Not Open, Training in Progress” door tag.CONS- They don’t have the weight labeled on both ends of band and they will rub off easy. I am 5’10’’ and my biggest complaint is that the length and amount of space around the foot and band handles makes it too long to do certain exercises without making adjustments (if there was a way to adjust that part like you do a strap it would solve that problem). So, if you are on the shorter side, I wouldn’t recommend getting this set.

Definitely effective as long as you use it lol
This Pilates bar is surprisingly effective, as it turns out I’m just lazy lol. However, it comes with a whole pamphlet of all these different toning exercises you can do. It is definitely worth the money.

Broke in 2 days almost causing an injury.
I was so excited to get this Pilates bar. I received it on January 29. I used it for about 15 minutes just playing around with it. The next day, January 30 I used it for about an hour. Today, January 31, I was finishing my workout after about an hour, when suddenly I heard a loud snap and a sharp pain in my foot. I was using the door stopper at the bottom of my door as instructed on the manual. While doing some stretching with the band around my ankle, the clip slipped out of its rubber casing that mended it to the resistance band. The clip had slapped against my foot, which caused a sharp pain. Thankfully enough, I was using my living room door and not a flimsy bedroom door or else the Pilates bar itself may have came flying towards my face. I’m very disappointed in this purchase. I recommended it to so many people in the beginning and now I will have to go back and tell them to never purchase this item. I would like to request a total refund.

For those who are curious, like I was, I took a gamble and bought this! There were other models that stated minimum 5’2 but this did not say. I got it and tried (yes, I shortened the strap to the max) and even at 20lb, I could feel the burn. The “weights” were short enough! This is perfect for this short girl!

I love this set. It takes no room and comes with many levels of resistance a cute door sign and the workout poster is a really big help. I also love the fact that it’s pink. It comes in a durable travel bag so you can take it from room to room or even on vacation. can see this set lasting a long time as the bands are made of a thick strong tubing. I would recommend this product and I hope this company comes out with more products.

Quite pleased with this so far!I haven’t tried it in the door yet but I’ve tried the rest with some YouTube videos I found.I’m sure there’s better quality ones out there but this is a great starter and a great price.It’s great that a good workout can be accessible to everyone.
