【5 Resistance Levels】This set has 5 glute bands in varying resistance (light to heavy), all the same length—no need to adjust movement range. Beginners build foundational strength with light resistance, while advanced users boost intensity with heavy options, fitting daily toning or targeted glute/leg training.
【Non-Slip & Durable】Crafted from high-quality fabric interwoven with latex, the bands are soft on skin (no friction) and elastic-durable (won’t break or lose tension after long use). The non-slip design keeps them in place during squats, side lifts, etc.—no slipping to keep training focused.
【Boosts Workout Effectiveness】Adding these glute bands to your routine amplifies muscle engagement—they create targeted resistance that makes moves like squats, glute bridges, and lateral walks more effective. This helps activate deep glute and leg muscles you might miss with bodyweight workouts alone, speeding up toning and strength-building results.
【Versatile Workouts】More than glute training: use the bands to target legs, hips, abs, and arms. Pair with yoga, Pilates, or home workouts (squats, lunges, glute bridges) to add effective resistance, sculpting muscles and boosting endurance.
【Easy to Carry】Comes with a compact storage bag—Fold the 5 glute bands and tuck them into the bag. Whether you’re working out at home, in the gym, at the office, or traveling, you can take your glute training anywhere, no need to skip sessions due to location.

Great assortment, very bright colors with clear labeling…
I bought these on recommendation from my PT. I had hip surgery 8 weeks ago and these are great to help strengthen the muscles groups weakened from the incisions. Great compliment to my work out gear.

Versatile pack of resistance bands
This set of resistance bands is a great addition to any home workout routine, especially for pelvic floor and glute strengthening. I love that it comes with five different resistance levels, so that I can easily adjust the intensity depending on the exercise or my energy that day. The included instruction sheet is a nice touch and gives a few solid ideas for getting started, and it is easy to find even more routines online. The travel bag makes it convenient to keep everything together and take it with me wherever I go. The fabric feels soft against the skin and stays in place well without rolling or slipping during movements. Each band provides a smooth and steady level of resistance, and I’ve already noticed how much more muscle engagement I get in my lower body workouts. The only minor thing I notice is that the extra heavy band feels a bit crinkly or textured compared to the others, but it’s still functions fine. These bands are durable, comfortable to use, and versatile for targeting many areas like legs, hips, and abs. Overall, it is a handy and well made set that works well for quick home workouts or on the go exercise sessions.

Nice workout bands
I’ve been using this set of resistance bands for a few weeks, and they’ve become a staple in my workouts. The five resistance levels make it easy to switch up intensity without having to change my form, and the material feels sturdy yet soft against my skin. They stay in place without rolling or slipping, even during squats and side steps. The quality is excellent for the price, offering great value considering how durable they are. They’re lightweight, easy to carry in the included bag, and effective for targeting glutes, legs, and even arms. I’ve noticed a real boost in muscle activation and strength, and I appreciate how versatile and reliable these bands are for both home and gym use. This review reflects our personal opinions and experiences with the product. Well built product, just not very big around…
When I first saw these, I thought they would be perfect for some low impact workout bands for my 70+ year old mom to use for light exercise. They are very well built, with thick fabric elastic, nice edge finish work and very stitching at the seam. They certainly have excellent resistance, with staggered weights from very light to very heavy depending on the color you use. All of the bands are well marked with the individual resistances as well. It won’t pull hair and the fabric is quite soft even when stretched out.I do have 2 dings however. While they have great resistance, due to their small diameter they do not have a lot of range of motion. They are small enough that only petite person could use these as intended. My mom is is not a supermodel, so unfortunately there is no way she could get them around her legs and have the ability to do any exercises with them.Great product, just be aware they are not one size fits all.

Good variety of resistance
I thought these looked small when I first opened the box, but they are the perfect size, offering the right amount of resistance. Each color represents a different resistance amount. They’re easy to use, and come with a little pamphlet with some exercise suggestions. I especially like that they are fabric. They fit in a mesh bag.

Smaller than most fabric resistance bands but more overall length
These aren’t as tall as other resistance bands which surprised me and they’re also slightly shorter when no tension is applied. The gray one in the picture is a band that I had previously, which I think is pretty standard which shows the size differences. I initially thought I wouldn’t use these much due to the shortened size and that maybe they’d be useful for my kids to use… and while they ARE really good for my kids, they’re useful for me also. These have a really good range applying good tension at the beginning as well as an overall longer extended length that has a similar resistance start to finish. The X-Heavy band has less resistance than standard bands rated likewise due to the difference in size but just go in knowing that the strengths are relative to each other, not other products, and that there isn’t a standard. Lastly, these are indeed great for my kids. My 11 year old son has next to no resistance with my other bands when doing things like monsters walks whereas with this he’s good to go due to that initial smaller size. Good add for the home gym.

Comfortable bands against skin
The common experience with standard rubber/latex bands is that while they’re convenient and have good resistance, they’re typically abrasive against the skin. That’s where the fabric bands come into play and shine. They are designed to be more usable whether against clothing or direct skin contact and offer a strong level of resistance and range of motion capability. These bands are pretty great to use and are all clearly labeled. I do better with the multi-colored set since it makes it easier to find the correct band that I need. The carrying bag is ok, just the small but basic netted style.Overall a good set for the price with the quality of the bands, how many it comes with, and the range of resistance levels.

Not for thick thighs
These are a nice material for not slipping or pulling at your skin and hair, and the different colors make it easy to look at the difference between the bands, but that’s where the positives end for me. I’ve got thicker thighs and I’m trying to trim down, and I thought these would help. But unfortunately, they’re just too small around to work with my body type. I can’t mark them down too much because I’m sure they’re easy to use for some, but if you have very muscular or chunky thighs, these are not the resistance bands for you.
