I think it’s a waste of time to recommend or not recommend most any supplement unless the product tastes bad or isn’t what was advertised. I’m making an exception and recommending Urolithin A. It may be a placebo but I think my energy level has improved, and pretty quickly. So far, so good, but dosage can be an issue for some.
I’m a 74-year-old guy (6ft / 195 lbs.) and consider myself in perfect shape for my age, but I am frequently annoyed there didn’t seem to be a legitimate supplement that could help battle muscle loss and skin health. After using this product for 45 days, I am optimistic that this science-based gummy may be the real deal instead of snake oil. So far, I feel it’s positively affecting my gut health, muscle strength, and skin appearance. However, one lesson I learned is that taking two of these gummies a day was too much for my system for the first 25 days. I felt an energy boost in the morning but fatigue in the afternoon. I’ve felt much better after reducing that dose to one a day. The real test is to see how things look and feel at the 90-day mark. Right now, I can easily hold a plank position for 3 minutes, bench 140 lbs, and power-walk a 5k in 40:30 minutes/seconds. I didn’t have those results when I started on this regime, so I want to see if I can improve on those metrics and get more skin-tightening results.(90 day update) I’ve continued to have positive results with this supplement improving on each metric mentioned earlier. Also, thier seems to be some GLP benefit happening as I’ve noticed my appetite seems to be suppressed which has resulted in some weight loss.

It has been 3 months… there is no money back guarantee, so take it at your own risk. On a positive side -no adverse events aside from money lost and perhaps long term microplastics deposits since it distributed in plastic
