I have GI issues and tried these after a recommendation of a friend. I have to say that my severe stomach episodes greatly diminished after starting these. I now just take every other day to save money but they still seem to provide the help I need. I don’t believe this was a placebo effect because I have been using for a few years. This is honestly the best probiotic I have everrrr used. I have tried so many before and nothing made my gut feel better. The bloating that I had for almost a year is almost completely gone.
