Great flavor
Great flavor. Sugar-free, naturally sweetened. Perfect to take it on your bag for any workout or even if you workout at home. Gives you a boost of energy to continue with your workout. Hydration is important when we sweat, this are great quality electrolytes to replenish your body. The packet is easy to open and pour on your drink.

FITAID is delicious. I got it and didn’t know what to expect but I had been looing for a high electrolyte beverage that was also delicious. I train hard and I am a big guy, this has been really great for increased cardio training and keeping me hydrated. It’s also helped me keep my bp down by keeping a better electrolyte balance during recovery.

Effective, sugar-free hydration
I loved this product because it’s truly hydrating after exercise and doesn’t have that strong, artificial taste that other electrolyte drinks often have. It’s refreshing, easy to mix, and best of all, it’s sugar-free. Perfect for staying energized and recovering from workouts

Flavor is so-so
I admit it works in giving me energy and focus when I’m at my mid afternoon slump. I wanted something with electrolytes but not the sodium and I like it’s natural caffeine. However I didn’t enjoy this flavor and there is a herbal aftertaste I didn’t care for. It’s a shame I couldn’t buy a smaller pack to try and so in stuck with this whole box that wasn’t very cheap.

Balanced Electrolytes Without the Sugar Overload
I really enjoyed trying LifeAid Hydration. The flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink throughout the day. It hydrates well without leaving that heavy or artificial aftertaste that some electrolyte drinks have. I noticed a quick boost in energy and felt less fatigued after workouts and long days.

It’s quite refreshing, especially because of its melon flavor. I like it a lot. Because of the sodium it has, you can taste a little salty, but it’s not a problem for me.

Tasted bad and gave me stabbing pains in my kidney.
I used one in the morning and by the afternoon was having a sharp stabbing pain in my back then I realized it was my kidney. They did not taste good either. I couldn’t make myself try a second one the next day to see if the pain came back, but I had never had that before or since, so I am pretty confident my body was telling me NO to this product.
