Maybe this just doesn’t work on me personally…
I love this brand and got this supplement to try to help sleep better. I usually take something that has tryptophan or melatonin in very low doses – as a sleep aid to use once in a while. Because this particular sup. is melatonin free, I wasn’t sure how this would work and how quickly my body will recognize its effects – but seriously – I finished the whole bottle and nothing happened. It has been a month! Am I that overwhelmed? Because taking valerian root on its own does pleasantly over time help me relax here and there or st. johns wort supplements. I cannot attest to this working or providing relaxation or better quality sleep. Strangely. However all of the ingredients are there that I would normally in one combination or another have taken before and they have worked. Hope this helps and hope this works for someone who is seeking restful sleep ?
