A Week In: Energized!
I’ve been these drops for a week now, and I’m already noticing positive changes. I’ve felt a noticeable improvement in my mood and not necessarily a reduction in stress, but a better handling of it. I don’t feel as overwhelmed by daily challenges, and I can handle stressful situations with more calmness.My energy levels have been more consistent throughout the day. I’m not experiencing the usual afternoon slumps, and my focus has improved, allowing me to be more productive which is a must being a SAHM of four.Sleep has been better as well. I fall asleep more easily and stay asleep longer, waking up feeling more rested. I’ll continue taking the supplement and plan to update this review after a month to share any further improvements.

Fifty Cents a day for Hormonal Balance
This arrived packaged nicely and is a nice sized glass bottle with a dropper that measures up to 1ml. The serving size is 2ml daily so it’s easy and convenient to take the recommended dose. It doesn’t specify if it’s best to take it all at once or if it can be spread and taken with half in the AM and half in the PM. I personally wanted to try to take 1ml during the day and 1ml before bed.The bottle states there is a total of 30 servings (so basically a one month supply). I’m not sure if it’s a good deal compared to others on the market. I haven’t had a chance to browse others. But it comes to about 50 cents a day since the bottle was $14.99 at the time of purchase. If it truly works as it claims, then I would buy it again, but I won’t know until approximately two weeks of use. I will say on the first day I got a headache for some reason. So I plan to update the review if needed in future.I’d also add that it’s a bit sweet for me and I would have preferred an odorless or tasteless version if possible.

Liquid Supplement for Relaxation
I have had sleep issues for most of my life, and so I am always looking for things that can help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep for the whole night. When I tested this particular supplement, I used this alone, and did not use any of my other sleep promoters. I took the recommended amount about an hour before bed, and it did help me to feel drowsy and relaxed. The directions do not say WHEN you should take this, but merely say once per day. I am not sure if before bed is an appropriate time to take it or not. I just assume that promotes sleep should be taken around bedtime.I just dropped 2 droppers full under my tongue. The bottle has a calibrated dropper, so it is easy to measure the recommended amount. It has a decent, kind of nondescript sweet taste to it. I actually like this liquid more than gummies that contain similar ingredients. I think this also absorbs more quickly so you feel the effects faster. This is also priced lower than comparable gummies, which I also like a lot.The bottle contains a 30 day supply. So far, I do think I prefer this to magnesium gummies, and will likely start purchasing this liquid instead in the future. I do find the magnesium and L-Theanine help my sleep, and I like the fact these also contain chamomile and kava kava. Recommend.

Many great things now in 1 place
This has no flavor when added to my coffee (but my coffee is already pretty sweet) and has many of the things I like to take anyway – bit D, ashwaganda and I took it midmorning since I was off and did end up taking an afternoon nap. I don’t know if this made me more tired or just helped me relax but it is now part of my evening routine. I know how important keeping our cortisol/stress levels is to overall health so this is an added benefit.
