A little treat while pregnant!
I have been taking these vitamins everyday for over 2 years now – before/during/after my pregnancies and would recommend them to others.I have read that some people have more energy with them. I I have not noticed a major difference in my energy level, although I was not taking them for more energy, I was taking them for the higher dosages of recommended vitamins they contain. Both my Primary care doctor and my OBGYN were impressed with the nutrients listed, as well.They taste great and have the same consistency as a fruit snack. They aren’t super sticky or smell weird, as some of the other vitamins I had tried. The container they come in is good quality and has a twist top.Setting up the subscribe is a great idea to save a little money and keep it simple!

Great Vitamin
These prenatal vitamins were recommended to me by my BFF and I love them. I started taking them the day after I tested positive. Unfortunately I lost the baby around 7 weeks but I have continued to take them. They are so easy to take and I love the way they taste. Now that I am trying to conceive again, it’s a good feeling knowing that I have such a great vitamin already on board.

Long term taste
At first, I really liked these because of the flavor. However, during my first trimester, when my food aversions got stronger, the taste became very unpleasant and I couldn’t keep taking them. On top of that, they upset my stomach even when I took them with food.

Favorite Prenatals
I have used these for both my pregnancies and highly recommend. I tried other “viral” options but the capsules caused a fishy taste hours after taking and I couldn’t handle it. These taste really good and was almost like a treat.These always were gently on my stomach, the only downside was they don’t have iron so if you’re not consuming a lot of iron rich food you might need to supplement but I just ensured to talk to my doctor.

No iron or calcium, and not great for those who are very food sensitive.
I (the account owner’s wife) bought these after finding out I was pregnant because they were the most budget option I could find with methylfolate (which is easier for the body to absorb and process than regular folic acid) but I soon regretted it. They aren’t terrible–the first couple of weeks of taking these gummies were okay. You have to take four a day, and they’re quite strong and the flavor is pretty meh, not wonderful or terrible. Or, at least, it wasn’t terrible until the morning sickness really set in! For me, it’s really all-day sickness and the strong flavor triggers my gag reflex, so exercise caution.The other thing I didn’t love about these prenatals is their lack of iron. I didn’t think to check until I’d already been taking them for a couple of weeks and, guess what, now I’m anemic! Make sure to double-check what’s actually included in the supplement so you can include others as needed–this is not an all-inclusive prenatal.
