I’ve gotten both these and the pills and they’re both big, but I don’t mind swallowing pills so it’s not a big deal to me. Neither made me sick and they’re kfp I think. And they’re pretty 🤩

Flavor is nauseating
I have to hold my breath when I take them, because the capsules have such a bad flavor that even inhaling the scent when I go to swallow them makes me gag and dry heave.

I messed up and ordered non-methylated vitamins and hubs was the recipient of these multivitamins. However they are great quality and full of great vitamins and nutrients.
