Great for teeth, happy parent: her teeth are in great condition! And Vet approval!
OraVets are the best! My dog will not let anyone near her when she gets hers (at night). And the package tells all the ways they help her teeth. And I find her teeth to be in excellent health, as does her Vet!

    Gets rid of the tartar
I have been using these off and on for about a year. Price is a bit steep but cheaper than a dental cleaning at the vet. My dogs were starting to get some tartar build up on their molars and canines so I was looking for a good AAFCO approved enzymatic chew to help with it. The first bag (shared between two dogs) reduced it a lot. I bought more and was giving them once a week along with other chews to make them last longer and things were not getting worse but they still had some tartar build up on the molars. So the most recent bag I gave this chew every day until the bag ran out. Bag ran out this week. Looking at my boys teeth today I saw that all of the tartar is gone. These are still a little expensive for my budget so I buy a bag every 3 months and use other dental chews in the meantime. I will do the every day until they are gone routine again from now on.  Yes they make the dog poop green. This can be a bit of a problem when trying to locate poops in grass when  your dog chooses to go all the way on the other end of the dog park from where you are standing. My dogs love them and even my epileptic dog with a sensitive stomach does not have any digestive issues from them.

Took the Edge Off My Dog’s Bad Breath – Vet-Approved and Dog-Approved!
I have two vizslas — a wild puppy and a 7-year-old who’s sweet but has some seriously kickin’ breath. Before dropping $800 on a professional dental cleaning, my vet recommended trying these Oravet Dental Treats as a first step. So far, I’m impressed! My older dog actually loves the taste, which is saying a lot because he can be picky with treats. They’re firm enough to help with tartar buildup but not so hard that I worry about his teeth. I give him one daily, and we’re already noticing a mild improvement in breath — especially when paired with seaweed powder (algae-based) in his food. These aren’t a miracle fix, but they’re a solid and affordable part of a dental routine, especially if your dog isn’t quite ready for a full cleaning. Plus, no weird smell or mess like some other chews. If your dog’s breath is getting a little wild and you’re not quite ready for a big vet bill, these are definitely worth trying!

    Our dog’s favorite thing
We have been buying these for a while now for our Australian shepherd. They’ve really helped to clean her teeth and keep them cleaner. She goes absolutely nuts when it’s time for her chew. These are by far her favorite “treat” so the flavor must be just right! They also help to keep stinky breath at bay.

Great for teeth but it’s the green color necessary
This is actually helping his teeth. We’ve tried many different dental chews… Whimzees, minties, enzymatic chews, and this product has shown the most difference. The only downside is that it turns his poop the same color green. He loves them and they are individually packed.

“It is like crack for dogs”
“It is like crack for dogs” – that’s what our veterinarian said before we purchased our first bag, years ago.Our dog loves this so much and it really helps his breath. First off it smells amazing, it is a nice treat smelling it before giving it to the dog lol, and I bet it tastes amazing, since he loves eating it. It’s not a hard chewing treat but it appears to get softer with saliva, making it a liiiiitle sticky and messy (my only con – he loves eating this stuff in our bed so very frequently I have green spots on my bedsheets).Tip: for sizing: since this thing is a little pricey I usually buy a bag for higher weights and cut the treat in half 🙂

    My dogs love these!
I have a 4 yr old Jack Russel terrier and I just took her for her annual vet visit. The Dr was expecting to schedule her for a dental cleaning, but because she has had one of these every day since I adopted her she has beautiful teeth with absolutely no tartar. The Vet said her teeth look like that of a 1 year old. And the best part is she loves them. These are like a treat for her. She will remind me if I late giving them to her. Much easier than trying to brush her teeth. I highly recommend them. They are a little more expensive than the brands found in the local pet store, but the smell is much better. The are Vet recommended, safe for my dogs and they absolutely love the taste.

I was sceptical about these but my girls teeth were getting quite bad. I bought them and could see a difference after the first bag. I bought a second bag and the plaque is 98% gone. It was such an improvement, I was thrilled with the results. She also really likes them. It makes her poop a bit green but no tummy upset at all. They are expensive but when you consider the cost of dental cleanings it is worth it. I supplement with Greenies but will alternate with these.
