This supplement was recommended to me as it is made for women over 50. It has sufficient amounts of key vitamins and minerals that older women need. I have been using this product for a few years. I recommend it to other older women.

I liked this vitamin but took it to see if I liked it better than New Chapter Womens 55+. It was a good multivitamin but the recommended daily does is 2 pills whereas New Chapter is only 1 and it’s what I will continue taking.

I’ve been using them for almost a month and I can feel the difference in my energy levels. I was expecting the typical capsule type vitamin but these look more like pressed greens. I will say they are easy to digest with very little aftertaste. So far no issues with them and I will purchase again. A good all around multi for women.
