Great multivitamin
Was hunting for a good quality vitamin with all the good in it, without the crazy high price point. Luckily found this during my search and ordered. So far a couple weeks in has been great. Easy to take, no weird taste after, no side effects. Feels great. If you have a sensitive stomach, maybe take after a little food, as these have a lot of good vitamins in them.

looove these vitamins! i swear by them! they have helped me soo much. i have gained my energy back & i also notice how they have help my nails grow. these vitamins provide sooo many benefits for women! i highly recommend them, take 1 tablet once a day! i have these set to be delivered to me every 3 months!

Got these vitamins today and will have to continue to try to give a full review but this is my observation so far..I read review about the smell being strong and taste strong, I did notice a very stong vitamins smell as soon as I popped off the seal so I let it air out for a few and shook it around , it did help but still very strong almost reminded me of the prenatal vitamins I took back in the day I got from my doctor. They aren’t overly big to me and I swallowed one justfine but it did have a slight strong vitamin taste similar to a prenatal vitamin. I wanted to try these because my other gnc womens energy and metabolism Multivitamins the proce was less in these and I thought I might like the gel better then coated tablets . My vitamins I usually notice within a hour a boost in energy most likely from the green tea in them and caffeine which helped me a lot get thru work on days I felt more tired. So far I dont have that boost of energy from these but maybe because its gel it dissolves different. My others are time release and get me thru the day hoping these will do as nicely. I will need to update laterUpdate:So w don’t think i will be reordering, the taste is just to strong and unlike my other brand i have to eat in the morning to take these or i feel sick and woth others I dont which I am mot a breakfast person so I need ones thay don’t make me feel nauseated without eating right right them. I’ll be going back to my other ones , they just worked better for my needs. And also the smell and taste was pretty hard to take ,especially in the morning

Just switched to this vitamin as my vitamins with fiber were getting too expensive. I have to say, that these are the first vitamins I have EVER taken that I actually noticed a difference in energy, and just general well being. Love the extra B12, fiber, and a good dose of Vit D3. The rest are bonuses. I also like that so much is drives from fruits and veggies, and we all know green tea is good for us. Have been taking for about a month and came back to set up auto ship.Other pros, no bad tastes, no upset stomach, no nasty burps.

LIE – causes tiredness, cramps, gas, diarrhea
I usually have very clear skin, but after taking these for almost a week, I started getting a lot of acne which I NEVER get. They also lie about it being easy on your stomach. Since taking these I suddenly started getting bad stomach cramps, an embarrassing amount of gas, and diarrhea everyday. They also lie about giving you energy. Since taking these I fall asleep even earlier than I did before. It also has a long lasting vitaminy after taste. You won’t be saving money by getting these cheap vitamins. Instead you’ll be wasting money because they’re not even worth what little they cost. You’re better off spending a little more for a trusted brand that’s actually legitimate in quality and value.
