Truly an amazing product!
I rarely give five stars to a product unless it truly earns them — and this one definitely does!This inositol supplement is outstanding.For women in perimenopause or with polycystic ovary syndrome, it makes a remarkable difference.It helps regulate ovulation and balance the menstrual cycle in as little as one month of consistent use.Truly an amazing product that delivers real results!I’ve recommended it to my sister and my daughter, and they’ve told me the same thing — it’s wonderful!

Stick it out! It’s worth it!
I’ve been using these for a couple months now and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing.I will warn you that the first 2-3 weeks it will mess with your stomach and you may get headaches. Once your body gets used to the change that all stops. For me it was about 2.5 weeks.I had considered stopping them but when I realized I no longer had intense sugar cravings all the time and had more energy I stuck it out.

I’ve been taking this supplement to help manage my irregular periods and recent diagnosis with PCOS. I first noticed improvement in my bloating being reduced, and I got my period without it skipping an entire month as it usually does finally (it is still irregular, but that’s a huge positive change for me personally going from a 60 day cycle to a 38 day).I am only giving it 4 stars because I believe since staring taking this, I have been more fatigued. I get very tired during the day if I don’t have a coffee or an energy drink in the AM. While this doesn’t happen everyday, it is something I have noticed since starting taking this supplement.I will continue to take it and hope that with the longer I do, my periods stay consistent and get more regulated over time. I can deal with a little fatigue and I believe that isn’t a huge deal as this supplement has had much more positive affects on me than this one downside, and also that’s just my personal experience with it & it won’t be like that for everybody.Overall, I am happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it to anybody struggling with managing any PCOS symptoms & irregular cycles.

Amazing product! I started taking it and could feel the difference. I have always had an issue with my menstrual cycle and my doctors didn’t want to give me medicine to help me out. This is slowly helping me get this back on track.

Pregnant after one month!
No side effect – I used the capsules. I took for a month before eating breakfast. Was trying to conceive for almost 8 months. Am now pregnant!! I had been tracking my hormones for 4 months on initio and they were consistent. This month on inositol I had a change – my LH spiked twice, and first was exactly 7 days earlier than the routine day. Maybe it’s a coincidental timing but hey, I’m having a baby!!! I wish it was in two pills instead of 4. Four is excessive when you’re taking an array of other prenatals. I did need more water after taking. Felt a little more energetic.

New Inositol girly here, starting My Inositol Journey — Taking with Metformin & Levothyroxine
Today is my first day taking this inositol supplement, and I wanted to share my experience so far in case it helps someone in a similar situation. I’m currently taking metformin and levothyroxine, and so far, no side effects or weird interactions — which I was a little nervous about.I’ve been hearing so much about inositol helping with hormonal balance, insulin resistance, cravings, and even mood support, so I decided to try it out. I’m hoping it helps with some of the things I’ve been struggling with, like energy, appetite, and overall balance while managing thyroid and blood sugar issues.It mixed well (or the capsules were easy to take, depending on which one you got), no taste or aftertaste, and didn’t upset my stomach — which is a win for day one.I’ll try to update this review after a few weeks once I see how it’s working, but so far, I’m excited and feeling optimistic!

Not for everyone
I think this regulated my cycle but I’m gaining weight. It took me a while to figure out what it was because I wasn’t being consistent for a while but as soon as I started taking them every day the weight gain seemed to get worse. I have NEVER had lower belly weight gain until I started taking this product. Causes constipation as well which would make a lot of sense with the lower belly gain from bloating. I also haven’t had any motivation to do anything and I’m feeling exhausted around noon every day though I sleep fine. I will be stopping these.

I have been taking this since August of 2024 and it has been a game changer in my health. I do not have pcos, I do not have irregular periods, I do not have a thyroid problem. Regardless, it has absolutely changed my entire body for the better. But you do need to give it at least 2 months to notice the difference. August 2024 I weighed 160 December 2024 I weight 130 and I’ve held steady at 120ish since (currently September 2025). I’m 5ft and 40 years old and I feel like a new person with a whole new life to live. Best decision I’ve ever made. Followed up with my dr in January 2024 with bloodwork and tests as I was slightly concerned with the rapid weight loss, all tests showed perfect health. They are not meal suppressants, I still eat normal meals, I don’t have the sugar cravings at all, no interest for anything sweet. I have never felt better, highly recommend.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to for this one it’s AMAZING. I was really feeling discouraged for years struggling with PCOS and mainly my stuck weight that I couldn’t lose no matter what I did and abundance of facial hair I needed to pluck every 4 days. It’s been ONE WEEK, one week of taking 2000mg a day two in morning and two in evening. I dropped 4 lbs just from walking a bit more (this is unheard of for me it would normally take over a month to drop even 3lbs) and after 7 days I only plucked 5 hairs from my chin and they were thinner hairs (normally I have hundreds of thick black hairs within 4 days). I know not everyone is the same not everything works for everyone, I tried berberine which people swear by and gained 30lbs on it. Some of us may have other health issues, I also have issues with my thyroid so I’m actively taking stuff for that as well. But if you are desperate it is worth the try especially if you get encouraging results like mine. I will definitely keep using these and buying more with the results I’ve seen so far, I feel like I can finally get back to feeling like myself again.

You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. Day 2 cyst gone. Please bring it back, the powder. Please makers this is a gold mine. It gave me good moods, no pain and helped my daughter Pcos. Nothing can match it

This is better than any “birth control” or ozempic! It regulated me within the first 7 days of taking it. I was able to get my cycle on track and be able to track my ovulation. I love that can do it naturally!I never leave reviews but PCOS girlies know how difficult it is. This is a great product and you must buy it
