Good choice
I purchased this after my doctor recommended it to me and was looking at the reviews. I was surprised to find some recent not so great reviews so decided to give my own. First of all, if you’ve ever had a protein powder drink, you know that it can be a pain in the butt to mix it. I find this to be a tad easier than other ones I’ve used. I was lazy and didn’t feel like grabbing my blender so put some milk in a bottle and added this and shook it up. There were a few clumps, so I made sure to shake it again. Then it was fine. I have the dark chocolate and it’s a strong chocolate flavor. I wouldn’t say I love the flavor but I do like it. I’m going to try tomorrow with some berries or a banana in it. Bottom line, it mixed okay (blender will help for sure), no tummy issues. I recommend this product.

Absolutely disgusting – The entire premise that this cannot be returned due to it being a “food product” is the only reason this company is still in business. This should be pulled from the market as it is really NOT EDIBLE.

Very satisfied!
I was hesitant to try this because I’ve bought other organic/more expensive supplements before and most of them left me feeling bloated or gassy, but this one is not too thick or not too light and it actually helps a lot with my daily digestive system. I also like how it is an all-in-one supplement inclusive of essential vitamins, amino acid and prebiotics for muscle recovery and immunity support, which is especially necessary during this quarantine mode.I usually drink it in the morning or after yoga and my favorite recipe is to make a smoothie with a scoop of Mend Regenerate, cup of almond milk, few slices of banana and some ice. I really like the subtle cocoa taste with just the right sweetness. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for daily supplement!

ok if you like thick and gritty as stays clumpy and goopy
Got this to use as additive to tea for my mother instead of Juven – but the taste is on the sweet side and is a huge scoop – stays gritty and clumpy so not good for hot beverages. If using with ice may not notice the grittiness and clumps.

Efficacy: 5/5whether is placebo or real, I haven’t felt this great in a long time! I am prone to injury and thus always struggle getting back into a gym routine. I have taken this for almost a month and and feeling all around stronger and have experienced quicker recovery than I’ve had in years.Taste: 4/5The consistency is decent! I either mix it directly with nut milk in a shaker or throw it in a blender with some fruit to make a smoothie. I prefer it in the smoothie as there is a bit of a noticeable taste other than chocolate when I have it only with milk. Can’t quite determine what it is, but it isn’t present with fruit mixed in. I usually do banana, berries and nut butter with milk. No chalky or grainy texture AT ALL, which I really appreciate (not all powders are smooth and tasty!) Hope they make this in a vegan version eventually, since I am mostly plant based.

Try it first. This product is a quality post workout supplement that also contains essential nutrients for your body. I was initially skeptical on trying this product but eventually noticed how much this helped me with my soreness and recovery. The cocoa flavor has a very good taste to it, and is delicious whether only mixed with water, or mixed with other variations of juice/smoothie. Tastes awesome, great price and awesome product, I will definitely buy again. In summary: it works and taking this product regularly does make you feel like you’re leading a healthier lifestyle.
