These are fantastic!
When I was pregnant most prenatal vitamins either made me feel sick or just continued feeling ick. Could simply be me, but these vitamins actually made me feel good. I feel like my body absorbed the vitamins better than others, I didn’t have gross burps (like with some) and they were easy to take. They were a little smaller than some of the other brands I had tried but they are not “small”, if you get what I mean. subscribe and save was a lifesaver and the savings and not having to remember to restock was a game changer

Good quality prenatal
I love this prenatal for a few good reasons.1) tablet-form makes it easy to swallow2) they’re not huge horse pills like many other prenatals3) I’ve had no side effects whatsoever. No weird breath or aftertaste4) With unmethylated B vitamins I get really bad acne. My skin is actually better now, ignoring typical pregnancy skin concerns. My nails are also growing very nice and strong.5) clean good quality ingredients. The sources of the vitamins are the best quality and most absorbable forms6) allergen free, no unnecessary stuff like dyes or anything like that7) good ratios, not overdoses of certain vitamins like b12. It’s definitely quality over quantityI’m glad I bought the big pack cause I’ll have enough for my entire pregnancy and after. It’s a better price that way anyway if you’re looking to buy.

Good product
I can’t say I feel any difference taking these but I was looking for methylated vitamins at a reasonable cost. They’re easy to take and no bad taste.

Optimal prenatal
These prenatal vitamins are quite the best ones I’ve found compared to others. So I decided to stock up just in case they are sold from now to a year. I consume enough veggies, fruits, protein and whole grains I don’t need to take prenatals just as a backup in case blood work shows up I lack a nutrient.I’ve compared every vitamin and mineral and it shows up as being the most bioactive that our bodies can process. Their 3rd party metals detecting is very vigorous. The only one star down side is due to reasons 1. their choline bitartrate is synthetic and cheap to make, the only best one to consume is Phosphatidylcholine since it comes straight from sunflower/soy. Furthermore, only has certain percentage instead of 100%. 2. We are supposed to consume 100% calcium citrate because we lose our density from babies taking it from our bodies. Why citrate? Because our bodies absorption rate is close to 70% vs 9% — 40% with other calcium types.Pros:QualityThin, hard pills and super soft to touchLove the simplicity of bottleNumber of vitamins and mineralsPricePill sizedExpirations date of 2 years and 8 monthsMetal capNot made in USACons:Smell is medicine(y) with hint of alcohol2 instead of 1 a dayThey look dirtyPriceCholine is syntheticCalcium isn’t enough

So far, so good!
Although not pregnant, I’ve been looking for a comprehensive methylated multivitamin without megadoses as those seem to make me violently sick to my stomach. The dosing in these are safe, with basically everything you need daily. I have been experimenting with taking only one pill rather than two, as these do contain iron and my stomach hates every type of iron even though I’m always borderline anemic and have to have it. So far, I haven’t experienced anything worse than a little constipation, and I cant say for certain these vitamins are the cause. Either way, I’ll take that over feeling like I have food poisoning every time I try to supplement! Another thing I like is that these don’t have a long list of weird fillers and inactive ingredients. If anything changes, I will update my review, but I’m plenty satisfied for now.

Prefect prenatal
I’ve been taking these for over a year! Love that they have folate and not folic acid. If you may have mthfr you want to know that.

Disappointed in price increase bc I really LOVE these prenatals!!!
I’m currently pregnant and have mthfr gene so I was looking for a new prenatal. I paid 20 bucks for these a little over a month ago. This was my first time trying this brand, but I was happy to see the ingredients and the price! There was no funky taste and I had absolutely no side effects from these, which I also loved. Now they are listed at double the price, and I’m really disappointed! I was looking forward to sticking with this brand. :(5 stars for the prenatals themselves, reduced to 3 stars due to the price increase.

Also erst genau schauen, wieviel man individuell von allem benötigt.
