Heavy Duty –
Great results
The Hip Abductor Machine was easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and operates very quietly. The only thing I’ll say is, wow it made me sorry. I guess I was out of shape more than I thought. I’ve been using it for a while and I’ve seen and felt results. I recommend it if you are wanting to get back in shape as it’s been a great tool for me to use weekly. It’s proven to be durable, its compact, it doesn’t take up much space and it’s a great value for the money.

The hip abductor machine is a great home option to work out.Assembly was straight forward, minus 2 minor things to note:In the manual. 1. on one page the assembly instructions make it seem like parts 1,2, & 3 are separate pieces, but they are all in one piece, as shown on the very next page. 2. The resistance level knobs are described as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, & C2 in the words, but the diagram below shows them as A1, B1, & C1. Neither are a big deal, but want people to be aware as it took me a minute to figure out where the 3 pieces were, until I realized they are all 1 piece.My legs, glutes, & thighs get a good workout using this. Can’t wait to see the progress.This machine is easy enough for younger kids (about 8-10), as well as adults to use it. Our family has kids & adults of various ages using it. We all like the workout.It does NOT take up a lot of space, which is great for those with limited space.I would purchase this again.

Great for what I need
Fast delivery, pretty easy to put together, I took my time and double checked everything while putting it together, So it took me a little over an hour to put together. It’s small but is sturdy and has good resistance. Good value, and is comfortable to use

Great addition for my home gym
This makes a great addition to any home gym and has a lot of scope to give you a great diverse work out. It’s super easy to install and put together. The instructions are well written and logically walk you through the assembly. Everything you need comes with. The seat is comfy and the grips are well made. Overall it’s a high quality well made piece.

Use with Max Pro cable trainer
I will add pictures later. I have a Max Pro trainer smart / portable cable machine. I placed it under the rear footing and attached the handles to the foot rest the back for abductor and then placed it under the front for adductor… This allows me to use the Max Pro for more precise weight resistance. So far, so good. There are many portable cable weight trainers on Amazon that I believe that you may use for this desired effect
