Game changer!!
My hot flashes were so bad, I wrote down every time I had one. In 24 hours I had an average of 27 hot flashes that lasted 3-5 minutes each. Not fun! I bought this on September 17th, today is October 13th and I can’t remember the last hot flash I had. It’s been days, maybe even a week.I feel great. It even curbs my appetite a little, hopefully I will lose my fupa too!

I reluctantly tried these out of desperation. I waited until I finished the bottle before giving a review. I can say without doubt that these have made a difference in my life. They come in pretty large capsules and smell and taste awful (in my opinion) however, my mood, my hot flashes, and my sleep have improved immensely. I can’t believe it, I am very impressed. I will purchase these again, I’m actually afraid to stop taking them because they work so well. 4 stars due to the smell and taste, otherwise I would give them 5 stars. Great value for the money.

Look out for this
I’ve been on this for just over 30 days, and initially I did notice some positives. I started sleeping better, I was more focused, everything was good. However, I started having really intense hot flashes, which I wasn’t having prior to taking this. I thought that it may have been a flute, but they became more and more intense. I had to stop taking them. I was literally just sitting at my desk at work with a fan on and sweating. This may not be with case with everyone, but I thought that I would post this in case anyone else is experiencing it, so that you’ll know that this is a possibility if you continue to take it.
