Ordered multiple times and am pleased!
I got these when one a day stopped making the gelcap minis that I loved and used for years. I prefer gelcaps over tablets for better absorption, and these don’t disappoint at all. They’re good quality, as I notice the difference when I don’t take them. They’re easy to swallow despite being a somewhat larger capsule, and very comparable in contents and values to the ones I took before. I feel better when I take them, and that’s enough for me. Shipping was fast and they arrived undamaged, every time I’ve ordered them.

Life changing for me!
I never write reviews but these are AWESOME! I have had low iron for about 10 years and nothing I’ve tried in the past (changing my diet, other multi-vitamins, prescribed iron supplements, etc.) has ever gotten rid of the fatigue that comes with it. I started taking these about a month ago and I feel like a brand new person! I can get through the day without taking a nap or multiple, which has bettered not only my sleep schedule but my productivity all around! I could not recommend enough. They do have a nasty smell but I just breathe through my mouth until I’ve swallowed it lol. The smell is 100% worth the outcome in my opinion.

Good Value
Great value for a multivitamin with iron! It’s hard to find a multivitamin with iron that isn’t one of those chalky nightmare tablets. Soft gels like this are so much easier to swallow, and they don’t taste like iron!

Do not buy these. The smell and taste are awful. And they are huge.
I had to throw these out. Not only are they huge, the smell is awful. The taste is also awful. Somehow the packaging, with the pink color, made me feel that these were “feminine” and gentle. No way! One or two began to melt or else the ingredients seemed to leak out and coat the other supplements I had in my pill dispenser. Do not buy these. There are so many other alternatives that are much better.

Works well for value
I cannot stand chalky tablets and other brands are way more expensive than these gel capsules. They are a weird black color but other than that it is easy to swallow despite the size and does not emit any tangy or unpleasant taste when you put it in your mouth like the tablets. I see no difference in quality and it works just as well as the bigger brand vitamin companies.

Good vitamins so far!
If you don’t like big pills, these might be a little difficult to swallow. I had no issues with them though. They are liquigels, so that certainly helps. They were a little off-putting the first time I opened them as they are just a large black pill, but they seem to be working well. All the vitamin levels matched up to the Centrum for Women that I usually used.
