Very high b12
After taking this for a couple weeks its a good vitamin. I will note that it has ridiculously high b12. Which for my body has made my urin a neon yellow like highlighter or glowstick yellow.So if after taking this for a while and you find your urin looking like it could glow before you panick stop taking this for a few days and see if its the high amounts of b12.

Great brand and quality vitamins.They are easy to swallow and do not have a bad taste. It does make your pee yellow but I think that’s mostly normal with vitamins. I also love that they are affordable. The capsules are small and they don’t have a bad texture.

Too fishy
I saw this has omega 3 which I need desperately but was hoping it wouldn’t taste like fish! I hate fish! I was very disappointed that it has a strong fish taste
