I’ve been taking BodyHealth Multi Complete for a while, and I can feel the difference in my energy and overall well-being. The formula is comprehensive, covering essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which makes it a great all-in-one supplement.It’s easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I like that it supports immune health, energy levels, and overall body function in one product. This is now part of my daily routine, and I will definitely keep buying it.

About the vitamins
This product hosts all the essentials your body needs, be prepared to piss Gatorade yellow if you are not hydrated and if you are taking the full serving size. I am a male, 5’10, 220lbs and I compete in body building.I split the serving to once a day and I’m still feeling great and full. Well made product and true results. I am still trying to adjust the dosage to the right fit for me. Maybe just three a day split throughout the day. The taste is okay, tastes like vitamins and smells like a mixture blend of vitamins. I take on an empty stomach in the morning and do not get the sick feeling. I highly recommend this brands products! Stay swole and fit my fellow brothers!

It may be hard to swallow, but the supplement is packed with all the vitamins, minerals , even trace minerals, probiotics, liver detox, heart and brain and eye health blend, fruit and vege blend, and antioxidant and immune support, that I need. The only thing it doesn’t have is Turmeric. I have osteoporosis and I’m getting old, so I take extra Vitamin K, Magnesium and Calcium, as well as extra digestive enzymes. . My nails, skin and hair have done really well on this supplement, so I know that some, if not all, is being absorbed. I also, seldom get sick, whereas, I used to get some virus (cold, sinus) almost every month. I do wish that this supplement could be in capsule form in order to be more absorbable. I don’t know if that is possible. Regardless, this has simplified my supplement routine.

I add the multi vitamin to my daily routine and I only take two pills a day! I’ve noticed my hair and nails are growing stronger. I feel I have more energy too. I will defiantly purchase again.
