⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tastes great and works well!I’ve tried many protein shakes, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The flavor is delicious, not too sweet, and it mixes really easily without clumps. It keeps me full for hours and gives me great energy after workouts. I’ve noticed my recovery time has improved too. Great quality and good value for the price — I’ll keep buying it!

Fantastic product. I’ve bought this many times because it mixes smoothly, tastes great, and gives a solid 30 g of protein per scoop. The vanilla flavor isn’t overly sweet and blends well in shakes or oatmeal. I also like the added vitamins C and D for immune support. Excellent value and reliable quality every time.

Best Value of any Protein Source in 2025
This is the best value I can find in mid 2025 for protein, if you only consider how many grams of protein you get per dollar. The flavor is okay – not the best, not the worst. The macros are not the best for whey.Starting with flavor, it tastes pretty good in milk. 6 or 7/10. There is a little bit of a chemical flavor. It is like a hint of fake cookie dough or biscoff/speculoos. This tinge of artificial cookie flavor makes it taste worse IMO than a more plain vanilla flavor. For the macros, I think it should taste a little better.As far as macros, this is near the lowest ratio of protein to total calories of any whey protein powders on the market. Around 64% of the calories are from protein. The lowest wheys are a little u der 60% and the highest is around 90%. (Of course, just from the labels – if you don’t like bad news, don’t look into how the actual protein powders fail to meet the numbers printed on the label.)But what this protein does best is deliver maximum grams of protein per dollar. As of mid-2025, I can get 1.8 lb or 800 g. for around $16 including delivery fees, or as low as $13 on subscribe and save, which comes out to over 40 grams of protein per dollar, which is the highest protein value of any food I can find today, excluding plant-based sources. Even conpared to anything I have found in the grocery store.It mixes well and is never lumpy. There are little black cookie bits. I have not had any digestion issues with this protein. That was a big problem for me when I tried another brand near this price.Overall, this is the best value of protein, but the fat and carb count is pretty high, so this isn’t the best protein if you are rrstricting calories, and the flavor is not quite as good as it should be for as fatty as it is. I would probably order it again as a bulking option but for now I will try other brands.

Best Protein Powder I’ve Tried, and Definitely My New Favorite!
First time trying this, and it (Cookies and Cream) is DELICIOUS! Best I’ve tried, and definitely my new favorite…Now, I’m not a body-builder or anything like that, just an old dude, trying to get a little extra protein in right after a workout… One scoop – it’s big – is plenty for me, and I usually just have a scoop mixed with about 10 oz of water and a few ice cubes… Shake it up – it mixes well – and it’s perfect for me after a workout…What I didn’t expect, is that it’s so tasty, I think this is going to be my go-to snack any time…And I don’t mind the extra carbs or a bit of fat either.. All of that is needed for good health and body functioning, so while some may see that as a negative, I do not… And for just some quick extra protein, it’s great…I’m definitely subscribing to this… Just delicious..

This is a quality protein mix! Love it!
Great taste. The best way to mix this protein shake is to mix it for 20-30 secs in room temp water and then add ice. The 1st time I mixed it, I used iced water and only shook it for 10 secs. It didn’t mix well at all. But using the aforementioned instructions did the trick. This a great supplement to my weight training routine.

Very great taste. Great quality and dissolves easily. Tastes great in water or milk, just depends on what you prefer. Great size to store and seals great. Very fresh taste each time of use. Great addition to coffee and give a sweet taste with adding sugar.

Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein is a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for a good protein powder on a budget. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and mixes well, and with 3.9 pounds in one container, it provides a great amount of protein to get you started on your fitness journey. The added immune support from vitamins C & D and zinc is a nice bonus.However, this product isn’t a great long-term solution. While it’s great for short-term use, the high cholesterol content can be a concern for sustained use. If you’re on a budget, this is a great protein to start with, but I’d recommend eventually looking for a higher-quality protein, such as Optimum Nutrition (ON), that may have lower cholesterol.
