High quality. Other bands I’ve had wore out quickly. These bands are thicker and sturdier. I Louie the carabiner clips that make changing out various tensions super easy.

Great product!!
This resistance band set was impressive from the time I opened the packaging. First of all, the box was easy to open and the contents were professional and organized. Secondly, they included a card from Bob and Brad that expressed their appreciation for the order and another card that gives you contact information if there are any issues with the product(s). The bands are color-coded, and also labeled (35,30,25,…) by resistance weight. All of the materials, from the bands, to the nylon strapping, to the stitching, the handles, foot straps, carabiners and door “strap” are all made from quality materials and are obviously safe. By safe, I mean, just by looking at the bands and accessories, I had no hesitancy in putting the highest rated band under full tension. I would certainly not want to get popped by one of those bands if they were to fail and I did not have any second thoughts about that and have not experience any issues. However, as good practice, I would, for safety-sake, examine each band to make sure there are no cuts or defects in the bands.Also included in the set is a workout “poster” that depicts roughly 50 exercises that can be performed with resistance bands organized by muscle group. This is a helpful tool to give you some new exercises or better exercises and serves as a great reference to remember the ones that often slip my mind during the course of a workout.My favorite piece to this set is the padded “strap” that anchors to the hinge side of the door. This is a cool little invention that allows you to perform a lot of exercises in positions that are much more conducive for proper technique and therefore better results. It is simple to use and will not damage the finish on the door jamb, trim or door itself. This one accessory really is what takes this package from really good to excellent.My first thought after using was that these sets would make great gifts for those who do not like to go to a crowded gym, who travel alot and/or just want easy easy access to great gym-level exercises at home. A+

Quality product overall/Bands breaking after taking a year off.
Update 08/06/2024My blue band has broken :(. With minimal use of this product due to my lack of frequency, today my blue band has broken and snapped me across my left side abdomen. I had it stretched out about 6ft from the wall when it broke. As you can see in my added picture, both ends were ready to give way. They have been in my room and not subject to too many adverse conditions. I love this product and this Brand, Bob and Brad but today I’m very disappointed to have been whipped. With closer inspection, my red band is on its way out as well.I watched a few reviews and videos about these specific Bob and Brad tube bands. I’ve had a set years ago of a different brand and I didn’t really like them. I gave these a shot after a few days of scrutinizing these and decided to give it a go. I used them for the first time today and I love them. The door mount works like a charm. I have their wall mounts coming- still waiting to be delivered.The handles are always highly spoken about so it was sitting on a pretty high pedestal. I checked them out and I love them. The black plastic of the handle is long enough so I don’t touch the red strap portion which is a huge plus. They swivel freely around the fabric but I do have to say I folded the fabric in the inner handle so it can swivel smoothly. The feel of the material is strong and softer than I expected. While working with this type of setup, while doing exercises like chest flys, the red portion will inevitably brush up against your forearms and hands.The tube bands do not have a odor at all. At least I can’t smell them. They have great construction and do seem like they’ll last for a long time. I got the 150lbs set so my yellow is a 10 and it was perfect for warming up. I decided to work on my entire back and biceps and some chest activation exercises. It did me in. I worked up to the green band which is 40lbs for my strength sets. Felt the burn!So, the silver clips that go on to both ends of every tube band. Quality control might be amazing but I got ONE funky clip where it’ll close perfectly 8/10 times. The flat spring inside looks to be slightly askew to one direction making the lever/latch not flush. It’s not a big deal, I’ll probably put it on one the of the bands I end up not using often, probably the heaviest tube band so I don’t put that many miles on the clip like the yellow, red and blue bands are going to receive. Also the clips are slightly too small to clip themselves to each other. That’s a personal issue not a product fault.So, In the end, for the first day, I’m in awe. These are some comfy, sturdy tube bands from Bob and Brad. I love the little touches of their names on the handle straps. It feels like I have them with me in the room watching my form and posture. Get you these bands if you’ve been in the market!

Quite surprised with the quality!
When I received this product, I was surprised how well nicely packaged it was. After opening and using the bob and Brad bands I find them to be extremely well made! The door stop was also a great surprise, since it was large enough not to slide underneath an opening of a door!

Easy to use

The Bob and Brad resistance bands are very well made it looks like they will last a long time . It’s worth paying a little more for decent quality that will last longer than cheap ones . On with the training now

Après quelques essais je dois dire que je ne regrette pas cet achat.Peut-être que les poignées auraient pu être plus courtes mais bon mieux vaut comme ça que trop court!!A voir dans le temps sinon je suis vraiment ravi.Danke schon Bob & Brad!
