4/5 only bc I am suspicious of these…they taste like the scooby gummy snacks (iykyk) and that’s not necessarily a bad thing , it just makes me wonder if they put more flavoring instead of sea moss. Which is mainly the only reason I bought this — now user error on my part bc 1. I’ve never taken sea moss before & 2. I don’t really know what all it does for me other than what I’ve felt/seen. My skin IS clearer (not my main problem) I’m not as bloated anymore , and I have been having more energy (less brain fog as well). I’ve been taking two a day for almost , 3-4 weeks now. So there’s that. Oh and it didn’t melt which was nice , I was going to just eat chunks off. I was expecting it because I’m in Texas heat but nope. Hope this helps , goodbye 🫶🏼

I just can’t anymore more with this brand
When I first started using this product it was great. You definitely feel the difference and the quality of the gummies were excellent. Over time, the taste and effectiveness dropped greatly. The gummies kept having a terrible smell to them and the price has gone up while the quality had gone down. The seal on the last few bottles I’ve received have been compromised with a small hole in it that looked like someone had taken a small hot metal rod and poke through it. I’ve even gotten sick from one of these compromised bottles and you can’t even return it back. I just wouldn’t recommend this brand but I do recommend what sea moss gummies can do if purchased from a better company/brand.
