Delicious but why are there only 25 servings instead of 30?
Ancient Nutrition’s powder is filled with things I want and has nothing in it that I don’t, and as an added bonus, this doesn’t taste bad at all. The drink isn’t overly sweet and the vanilla flavor is easily absorbed into other things without overpowering them. For that reason, I’ve mixed this into smoothies with fruit, or also into a chocolatey protein workout shake with creatine, cacao powder and powdered mushrooms.I can’t say it helps reduce fatigue or has helped to balance my hormones though (what does that even mean?). What I can say is that the collagen plus the ashwagandha are good and the added ingredients – the chaste tree berry and maca – are also not bad.I am generally irritated by things that contain less than 30 servings. 25 servings makes daily use a pain, especially for those of us who use subscribe and save and forget about it. It’s the difference between buying 12 bottles a year versus 15, when there is enough space in the package to fit five more doses without using more plastic. It’s wasteful, and I wish they’d stop doing that.It dissolves easily, even in icy liquid, and doesn’t clump up. It smells mildly of sweet vanilla, with none of the harsh chemical scent you sometimes get from drink mixes. And it’s simply enough to use. I like the product, just not the packaging size. If they ever increase the amount in a container, I’d buy it again.

As far as collagen powders go, this brand is one of the very best I have ever tried. The ingredients are tried and true, and you don’t have to worry about consuming any type of sketchy chemicals.The taste is quite natural and it doesn’t taste artificially sweetened like some of the other brands I have tried. It does taste like a true vanilla.The powder doesn’t clump up very much, and it doesn’t taste grainy. It blends in pretty well, especially if you put it into hot liquid like coffee.I feel like over the course of the past few months. I have used it my skin begun to grow more plump and youthful looking.

Didn’t see a difference
I used this stuff everyday for over a month and I haven’t seen any difference in anything. The taste is good but it does pack a punch with it being stout. I would mix it in an 8oz cup of coffee and I wouldn’t need to add creamer because it made my coffee so sweet. This does dissolve quick and there’s not a grainy texture in your drink.

Not worth the money.
I have used this brand before, but the flavor of this one is overpowering. In addition it is twice the cost of other Collagen supplements from this maker and other brands. Not good. Although I used other hormone supplements for menopause this one made my hot flashes worse. I wont be using it anymore.
