Sturdy, versatile, and fun. Minimal instructions.
This is a sturdy, versatile, and fun piece of workout equipment. Using it feels more like play than work. And it is surprisingly versatile, providing variety of strength workouts for both upper and lower body. It packs all of this variety into a compact board. And this is easy to store; flat, it fits under my couch, folded it tucks neatly into a closet. The plastic is thick and sturdy. The sliding parts slide smoothly under pressure, and the cords for the bar are strong. My one criticism would be that there is minimal instruction, and I am sure there are even more ways to use it that I have uncovered. I think the price is excellent for that quality.

If you’re in an apartment or smaller place and you’re new to working out, this board is an easy on-ramp. It folds flat, slides under a bed, and lets you do a little bit of everything—bands, basic planks, push-up handles, even an ab-roller attachment—without turning your living room into a gym. As a nudge to start moving, it works.If you already train regularly or do cross-training, you’ll fly past its ceiling. The deck is plastic (the page calls it “high-density PP”) and the attachments are lightweight; it’s fine for casual sessions, but it doesn’t feel like a serious reformer substitute. The marketing leans “7-in-1 Pilates reformer,” but in practice it’s a compact multi-tool board—handy for core work and light toning, not heavy progression. The timer is a nice touch for intervals and rep counting.Care instructions say “Machine Wash” LOL.It is cute, and perfect for small spaces, low intimidation, quick set-ups. You unfold it, clip the bands, knock out 15 minutes, and it disappears back under the couch. If this is the thing that gets you moving, perfect—you’ll get your money’s worth while you build the habit.Anyone expecting “Pilates-brand” quality is not going to be happy. To be precise, the brand here is WARMOUNTS; “Pilates” is the category, not the manufacturer. If you’re already lifting, running circuits, or used to a real reformer, I don’t think this is for you.At the time of this review, the price was $129.00 for the purple set. To me, I am physically fit and this isn’t a good value for me, BUT – this is cute and if I thought this could motivate a friend to get off the couch, I’d buy it as a gift for them in a heartbeat.I hope this review has been helpful to you.

Great for the price
The board has a built in timer along with attachments for many exercises. The board is ideal for home workouts or taking to class on the included storage bag. The board and accessories are durable and stable, capable of supporting body weight. It was easy to set up and use because the instructions are clear and simple which made it easier to follow. Everything fits like it’s supposed to and it works like it’s supposed to. They did a really good job on design. The material feels like hard plastic but strong, nothing wobbly. I was a bit nervous at first standing on it but the pads on bottom keep it steady and I didn’t slip. The little timer is kinda handy, though it don’t come with battery so had to grab one. It’s not the same as being in a studio class, but for quick core stuff or plank practice while watching tv it’s fine. It’s super easy to use and operate, and comes with an instruction manual. This board helps to integrate core training with push up handles, balance board, ab roller, planks, and leg sculpting. Excellent quality product and value.

Full body workout. Folds up for storage
I was skeptical when I ordered this but after an easy set up I went through all 7 of the exercises and I am sold! Perfect for traveling or when you’re stuck at home or just don’t want to go to the gym. I don’t think the counter is accurate, but I can count in my head. The instructions weren’t clear on how to install the stretch cords, there’s a notch at each end that secures the ball in the cord (see photo) It took a few passes to get past the fold in the middle, but once you get past it a few times it slides easily. The feet did slip a few times on my wood floors but stay put on a yoga mat. A really good design, especially the handles for the pushups.

Pilates Board
China does it again. It’s incredible that this relatively complex piece of exercise equipment can be made, transported and sold for this price. In any event, assembly required to get this up and running. Pretty simple. It’s a great way to get started on your Pilates journey without spending a lot of money. And after a few weeks when you quit, you won’t be out a ton of money. In fact, you could probably re-sell it and recoup enough for a few Quarter Pounders with cheese. Provides for several different exercises to target different areas and has a handy timer that counts reps and tells you when to take an ice cream break. Overall, well made and serves its purpose at an attractive price.

Very nice Pilates Board!
I love how compact this pilates board is and how convenient it makes working out at home. The different items included work well and I have no complaints! I’ve even been finding some workouts on youtube now that use a similar board, and they’ve been amazing! With little ones at home, it can be a struggle to get my workouts in but this pilates board is a really nice way to switch things up when I’m not able to exercise outside, I can’t make excuses for not getting my workouts in!
