Very good exercise bands
Before I bought these bands I had a cheap set of the latex bands. When they got some age on them they began breaking like old rubber bands. I bought these bands and am very pleased with them. They are more flexible than the old bands and I’ve had no trouble with them. While they are a little pricey, I believe you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a higher quality set of bands check these out. I recommend them.

Buena opción.
Me gusta mucho, no las uso tanto. Solo para estirar antes de entrenar, pero funcionan perfecto.

Dont complain about the price
You get what you paid for. I finally got fed up with cheap chinese rubber bands that I luckily found out they were cracking before they smacked me in the face or worse. I have spent just as much money replacing cheap garbage, as I spent on these ones. I can already tell these are going to last a very long time. Very good quality.

Great quality, a workout plan would be nice though
These came right on time and they look durable and well made. No workout plan included in the shipment and nothing (from VRTX at least) on the website or on YouTube. I’ve messaged them and hope to get a reply soon. In the meantime I have found some videos from Undersun that will probably suffice.

Favorite Bands
These are so soft around my hands and feet as I stretch or use for pull ups. I like that they are less likely to snap, none have so far and I stress them out. I’ll likely stick to these from here forward so I don’t keep wasting money on others. Only down side is that it can be hard to loop on small hooks in walls, so you may need an attachment.

They hold up pretty well
I’ve had a few rubber band but this is the first one that seems protected. The bands don’t seem scary and they’re holding up pretty well so far.Trust me when I say this- you get hit in the chest by a broken green regular rubber resistance band, you start to evaluate choices in life while you try to regain the ability to breath. These are worth the money.

Simple, comfortable and effective
These bands exceeded my expectations. Before the pandemic, I relied on the resistance machines at the YMCA for strength training. Over the course of the past year, I’ve amassed a decent collection of resistance training products and rigged homemade contraptions to simulate my former experience. Tube style resistance bands have been a staple of my regiment, however, they can become cumbersome, tangled, easily damaged, and a pain to keep stacking and unstacking to reach determined weights. VRTX mesh resistance bands allow for me to accomplish the same routines, plus more, with a much welcomed level of ease, simplicity, and comfort. Definitely worth the splurge.

High quality materials with problematic utility.
I wanted to like these bands, but the resistance split is effectively A:B where B = 2A. The resistance for A has a short duration, B a much longer one. For larger muscle groups (legs) this should be fine, though the bands are too short for me to feel comfortable using them for such. For smaller muscle groups, the jump can harm more than help. I managed to disrupt my back using a 60/120 resistance band for rows focusing on squeezing.Avoid that.A possible addition would be for assisted dips/pull-ups. But this would suffer from the reverse – a sudden 50% decline in assistance.

It’s actually good , the resistence is Great and it’s comfortable to hold .i can stack 3 of them if needed and they still give a great resistence .i was skeptical of them but having them now i can say these are great .i don’t think the resistence is accurate , these has lower resistence than regular rubber bands but they can be stacked easily and give a higher level of resistence than rubber .the black band is strectchable compared to other higher resistence rubber bands .having used them for about 1 week the fabric in some places ( where i put my foot in it ) is frayed a little bit . it’s to early to judge the durability of the bands but hopefully they stay intact for a long time considering the price .
