Easy and effective!
these are so easy to take on the go! as a busy mom of three and an ICU nurse they are amazing! There’s no taste it dissolves easily in my stomach. I don’t have any gastrointestinal issues after taking them. My skin and my hair health has improved. They are very effective and you don’t need to mix them. My hair has grown a lot and it’s much stronger. My skin and nail health is amazing as well. LOOK at that regrowth from postpartum hairloss!!

Good alternative to the powder
I am trying to boost my skin and hair by using vital protein products. Most of what I am seeing is that you need 10-20 g per day to see results. I was using the powder which is great, but it is also difficult to fit 4 tablespoons into one day.I got these capsules to supplement the powder when I don’t use the full 4 tablespoons. The serving size for the capsules is 6 and only 3.3 g, but it helps get me to at least 10 g per day when combined with 1-2 tablespoons of powder.These capsules are big! So just something to be mindful of if you struggle with large pills.When I do higher and consistent doses of collegan peptides I do notice my skin, hair, and nails grow faster and are healthier. I do stay away from the products that contain Biotin as Biotin at high doses can cause acne, and for me it does in a matter of 3-5 days. Do some research and make sure you are not over dosing yourself as this can have adverse effects.Overall, I am happy with the capsules! It is an easier way to take them instead of relying only on the powder mix.

12 pills a bit much but hear me out
6 pills twice a day is a bit much but my skin glows and looks more hydrated and looks less dull. No this isn’t a miracle in a bottle but I do believe consistency is key and to be honest I do feel my hair even softer not that I had ruff hair but I have thin hair that gets split ends every easily (my hair breaks without me using excessive heat) and my split ends are not as bad as before. My nails grow dramatically now within a week says my nail tech and it’s true. I do feel confident going out without make up because my skin looks healthier. If you use these pills drink more water than you usually do to avoid a headache. Do take with food. I just don’t like taking 12 pills a day.

Best product for hair, thinning, and hair loss for women
This is the number one hair product for women that are losing hair or have thinning hair! I swear by this product and it has worked for me for years! I will keep taking this for the rest of my life! Does wonderful for your skin and hair!

Ridiculous dosage
Ok, its my fault for not reading the entire description before purchasing, but 12 capsules for barely 6.6g of collagen?? TWELVE??? And they’re not small capsules either.I bought the capsules because I was trying to get away from my daily collagen powder in my coffee, its kind of inconvenient sometimes to have to drink a whole cup of something to get my collagen in.So i thought the capsules would be a lot easier, but for this amount of collagen, 12 capsules is a ridiculous dosage.They are also difficult to swallow!It is an absolute chore to take these, for such little collagen. I’d much rather take a powder form, at least then it seems worth it.Seriously if you buy these, you will be taking 12 horse pills a day for a mere 6.6g.I would update with results if they were a reasonable dosage size, but im not touching these after trying to take even just 6 a day. like i said, its a chore, and not pleasant.Especially for someone like me, who already takes more than a handful of pills a day for other things.

Much better than loose powder
No clumping or odd tastes, just another couple of capsules to take every day. Wife is much happier with these than the powders we’ve tried.

I was misled by the packaging into thinking that each capsule had 3.3g of peptides, but that is in 6 capsules. In order to get the same dose as the powder version (10g per scoop) you would have to have about 14 tablets. In addition, the capsules are made of gelatin , and are quite large. I found it hard to swallow them with a drink and resorted to using yoghurt. I’d recommend trying the powder instead – it is tasteless and dissolves in a cup of coffee easily.
