Great for Chest and Abs!
This Twister hydraulic power chest workout equipment is awesome! It gives a solid chest and abs workout, and the hydraulic resistance feels smooth and strong. I’m still trying to figure out how to best use it for arms, triceps and shoulders, but so far it’s not that easy. I might just stick to using it for abs and chest since it works great for those. Sturdy build and perfect for home workouts—definitely worth it!

I had this thing since….this morning. First impression: Damn this thing seems WAAAAY better built than I was expecting. Feels sturdy n heavy duty. Went to get my foot therapy done where I sit for 30 minutes. Figured I’d bring this n also work upper body if I could. Not only was I happy with resistance lvl (6’3″ 300 lb dude) but it became a game for my other therapists to try n see “How high they could go”. Nobody could do lvl 15. Female therapist did 13 1 rep max n was exhausted!2nd impression the “ab roller” function is useless! Gotta attach basic a$$ casters to it n then makes it clunky as hell. Just get a $10 ab roller, and u can swap MUCH easier.Conclusion: This flabby chest is gunna be gone in a month or two! This thing works(Maybe don’t max press yourself day one n make a game of it cuz my chest is SORE)!!! If it lasts 3 months it’s worth it to me! Impressed with the build quality y’all.One more thing….wish the locking mechamism was better. Needs like a rotating bar like pruners or something. Ur gunna knock a tooth out using the one they designed for it…and I’ll lose it in….where is it again?

New and innovative this is the thied one I have purchased for I love the results from this great piece of modern equiptment. My wife also uses her daily. and is more than pleased, I will purchase another one so I can do more intense workout and give one the chance to rest. I also have purchased four pairs of tennis shoes for the purpose of letting one another restperiod. not to over tax.
