It’s Real Urolithin A
Independent test and evaluation by SuppCo determined this to be real urolithin A. Lots of fakes out there that contain ZERO urolithin A. I choose the powder form to mix with smoothies however don’t like the overpowering berry flavor, would like an unflavored version that doesn’t clash with what I put in smoothies. Taste is ok when mixed with water but it wasn’t made to mix with water but instead food, has consistency of a fast acting baker’s yeast powder. Mixing with water is doable but not recommended. The expense of real urolithin A keeps me from buying every 30 days but instead I cycle on 30 days, off 30 days. The cheap stuff is fake. I don’t want to list other brands here that are real and contain as advertised doses, maybe that goes outside rules of Amazon reviews. Other alternative is to help create a gut microbe environment that makes urolithin A naturally but only so few of us can do.

Urolithin A supplement rejuvenates the mitochondria inside your body’s cells. You can think of the mitochondria like Energizer batteries inside the cells giving the cells energy. Since cells need ATP (Energy) it makes sense the more working mitochondria you have, the more energy and the better you feel. I bought a 30 day supply for 125.00. I just finished it and noticed absolutely nothing. Some people who promote this supplement say you have to take it for 4 months before you really notice improvements. I don’t know… I’ve seen to many products like this where they want to milk you for 100’s or 1000’s of dollars. I don’t think I’m going to continue.Also, I ordered the powdered sachets because some people are complaining about the new packaging for the pill form. Apparently, at 125.00 they don’t give you a pill bottle anymore. This is why I chose the sachet. They arrived in good condition and undaunted. However, they make your smoothies taste very weird and unpleasant.So at this point, I am eating walnuts and hoping I have the magic gut bacteria.

I MIX THE PACKET WITH 3 T. OF VANILLA YOGURT. MIXES WELL AND DOESNT TASTE BAD AT ALL!!

Not as expected
My fault, thought I could mix w/water. Suggestion use in smoothie or eat yogurt. Powder mix is a blueberry flavor. Have mixed w/ oatmeal and blueberries which was okay. I thought I was purchasing another Gummy version. I was in a rush…be sure you read product info. I’m sure this power is a great option for others…would be convenient for travel or office.

Life Changing
I call this the “life changing” supplement. This one helped me get more in control of Lyme as it addresses the mitochondria. I went from having difficulty walking to now no longer a problem. Of course other things are being done as well but the big change is date coincident to taking this. Expensive but for me it is worth the price.

I did no feel hungry for more than 6 hours.
The feeling of something different happening to my body, was not abrupt. I did not feel hungry for more than 6 hours. That means my cells got nutrients they like. I was also, energetic, focus, relax, and not hungry at all. This is my first date trying it. Will comment again in a few days.
