Works for regulating temperature fluctuation at night.
I’ve recently entered into my perimenopausal period where I am experiencing body temperature fluctuations at night. Some nights are worse than others waking up every hour because I’m either too hot or too cold. I am trying to steer clear of prescription medications as the list of side effects are scary. After 2 weeks of taking the suggested dose of 2 capsules a night, I have noticed that my body temperature is more stable and I am to sleep through the night with less discomfort. The ingredient list is rather extensive and does not list the amount per serving in percentage each of the proprietary ingredients. Dong quai supplements is one of the ingredients that I have taken before that I know works for my specific problem. I also take vitamin D, E and B6 as part of my daily supplements so I can do without. Overall, these hormonal supplements by Swiss Activa works but they are a bit pricy.

I got this product Total Menopause Support Hormone Balance and Hot Flash Relief,for my hot flashes. I suffer from menopause. This product is an excellent product to take when you having hot flashes if you don’t wanna wake up in the middle of the night with sweats. This product is for you when having menopause and hot flashes and then in you’re able to sleep at night , in the morning you feel that you finally got a good night sleep with this product. You are more happy during the day because you were able to sleep. Black cohosh has been proven to help with hot flashes. It’s an excellent ingredient to help woman in menopause stage that needs to have balance nutrients in her body to fight fatigue if you can’t sleep cause of the side effects of turning old. Is all connected together. This product also has vitamins which the more old you are the more vitamins you need. No side effects for me. No harmful chemicals. At 20 bucks comes out 10 per bottle so is not cheap but sleeping like a baby is worth this product

It seems to work but be careful of ingredients
First off, it’s a pretty hefty bottle, I mean normal size, not gigantic, but that it feels dense, heavy, like whatever is in ha weight. That was the first thing I noticed. Next, taking a good look at the label, it’s just a huge list of proprietary blends. The issue I hve with this is there isn’t any breakdown of how much of what. They just wrap it all together and say “These herbs = this amount”. OK but in what percentages?, What mg? And to be honest there are a lot of these on the label. That makes me a little nervous.With all that being said, it seems to work. But I have to take one star off because I don’t like taking something and feeling like I’m left in the dark doing so.

Better mood & concentration
I’ve been taking these for about a week now. I have noticed that my mood has been better over the past couple of days & I’ve been able to focus better as well. I feel that my hot flashes have diminished a little bit but the bigger deal for me is the night sweats! Those have definitely lessened so I am getting better sleep which ultimately means I have more energy in the morning now. This is a vegan, non-GMO product that does not contain estrogen, synthetic hormones or artificial ingredients. It provides mood stabilizing B vitamins, D3 for bone health & a probiotic formula for gut health as well. At this point, I have not seen any undesirable side effects from taking this product. It is a bit pricey but I feel it’s worth it just for the better sleep that I’m getting!

I’m torn on how to rate this menopause support product (ASIN B0F4DNKJB7). I don’t think it’s a bad product, but I’m just not seeing the kind of results I was hoping for. I got this because I have mild to moderate hot flashes two or three times a week and hoped that this might cut that down further. That hasn’t happened.I do feel like I have a little more energy consistently throughout the day (fewer late afternoon/early evening crashes) and that my mood has been a little better since I started this. That’s nice, of course, but those results on their own aren’t enough for me to continue buying this (it was $54.95 for a 60-day supply when I got this). Still, I’m going to finish both bottles, and if my results change, I’ll update this review.It arrived in early October 2025. The expiration date is May 2028, which is plenty of time to use it.I like that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and made in the USA without artificial colors or flavors. The capsules are on the larger side but easy for me to swallow.I don’t like that there’s confusion about the dosing due to what I’m guessing is a printing error on the label. The preponderance of the evidence points to three caps per day being correct, but dosing isn’t something you should have to guess at.I’m also not pleased that we don’t get precise amounts of the herbs that make up the proprietary blends. None of the ingredients listed in those blends worry me, but I prefer to know exactly what I’m taken.
